Neil's Arsenal were 18th and just been knocked out of the cup by Walsall,it took no more than a couple of thousand to shout there anger outside and inside the old girl and the board acted

No way would Wenger get any lower than we have without the people who matter turning on him(majority of season ticket holders) and membership attending supporters

6th is the modern 18th
I see your ponit but things have changed ,for a start football was affordable then.
If we wernt bieng bled dry and royally abused by the club, blamed and patronised by the manager for poor results ,and had a team that busted a gut for the shirt , 6th might be quite acceptable ................but we don't !

I can't stand this modern day, overblown emotional, exaggerated sentimental bollocks. An ovation on 22 minutes....who dreams this meaningless crap up ? It would be over the top for an achiever like Ferguson, but for our out-dated dud ??!!!

The 21st century X Factor lifestyle....everybody's gotta get in on the act, even Huddersfield supporters ffs.

Roll on 5 pm tomorrow and let this decade (plus) of pain be over. Then we can all get on with cheering on Arteta....... :barscarf:

Agreed, not sure why Huddersfield fans need to organise it, nothing to do with them or their club.

I think it is fitting to celebrate a great manager in this manner.

Hudderfield fans clap from the 23rd to the 26th minute and Arsenal fans from the 32nd to the 35th minute in honour of the hat-trick of titles both clubs achieved which were both started by Herbert Chapman.

As for Wenger, he will get his applause in the 98th minute as he leaves for good.
