It's back, other games this weekend

Ireland Under 17s absolutely screwed out of the quarter final tonight v holland - the game went to penalty shoot-out and if the dutch captain scored they would have won the game. However the keeper saved it only for the referee to adjudge that he came off the line early (which was a correct decision tbf - disgracefully though, the ref then issued the Irish keeper a second yellow card (received one in normal time for time wasting), sent him off and we then had to put the centre back in goals for the retaken penalty and of course the dutch scored
I have never seen a keeper sent off during a penalty shoot-out at any level much less at this level, but to do so during the european quarter finals is a fcuking disgrace :censored: :censored: :censored:

Normally I wouldnt pay an awful lot of interest/time in watching Ireland international games and wouldnt be too plussed if this happened to senior team, but for a kids team to be screwed like this is a scandal imo

Excellent game at Craven Cottage. Mitrovic was outstanding for Fulham. Often wondered about him, talented but erratic. Hope Fulham come up.

Will be great if you’ve got 3000 credits to get away tickets at Craven Cottage.

We essentially get the whole stand though; I even went through Fulham general sale box office once to book in the "neutral" section which was all Arsenal

Stop being a tart mate. Fulham is one of the best away days in football. And a proper old school football ground not a glass and steel corporate bowl like our Lego shit hole.

Have you considered asking for the game to be replayed, doing a petition or that UEFA add another team to the semi-finals ?I seem to remember something along those lines a few years back.

Perry , that was my first thought it was "oh no here we go again." But where I had no sympathy for Ireland in the Henry case because some of the loudest Oierland super fans were the same crunts that defended Rooney's dive that ended the Invincibles or Hencoz's handball in Cardiff 2001 as being part of the game.
But in this case it was just kids playing, and it seems the ref spoke to the Dutch keeper twice about his early movement but showed no cards.
I have sympathy for the kids but not interested in marching on the Dutch Embassy or boycotting Dutch Cheese.
