Fabregas also a complete shadow of the midfielder he was at us. It’s like he’s running in treacle compared to 2007 - 2011.

Absolutely agree - I felt that conte should have hooked him with 30 mins left, move bakayoko (who did alright today  ), and bring on willian to take the game to manure. Today hazard summed up to me why he will never be the worlds best - great skill and can rut at pace with the ball, but in the second half he stopped trying altogether. He moaned afterwards about the chavs being too defensive, but he had chances to run at the manure defenders in the second half but declined to do so.

I too was happy that the chavs won today - I like conte and I'm glad for him that he will walk out of that shithole with his head held high. Of course the fact that the chavs winning it stopped manure equalling our cup record, was also a nice bonus

Big fire drill on the United end on fulltime. Fans used to stay after a final even in defeat to applaud their team..The winning team would go up to get the cup wearing scarves and hats thrown on to the track by their fans..Both sets of fans would have witty and offensive homemade banners...Now even the Cup Final has a choreographed sanitised look about it..

Yes I agree - it wasn’t just the match that was boring, it was everything surrounding it....so meh.

On the United fans leaving at full time - that for me is one of the consequences of a 5.15 kick off.

Italian managers know how to set up a defensive team. Conte out mourinho'd mourinho in the only way an Italian manager knows.
This is what we need.

Iniesta’s last game at Barcelona tonight.

What a player. Will never forget watching him and Xavi at our place in 2009 - how we got a draw I’ll never know but that midfield performance was just on another level to anything else I’ve ever seen.

Also remember his last gasp winner at Chelsea in the CL semis in 2011. That was absolutely daylight fucking robbery.

Worst FA Cup final in a long time both as a game and a spectacle. If that BT Sport commentator had mentioned the fucking royal fucking wedding one more time I was off out the door on a killing spree. :censored:

The Mustafi Comedy Defending Award goes to Phil "Handsome" Jones. Did Mr Personality Southgate really call him up for the world cup?

Also it was good to see that Ashley Young still loves a good old dive. Very reassuring in these volatile times of change.... :censored:

Wasn't it great to see, despite his critics, big game player Paul "Stupid Hair" Pogba turning up and running the game for a ch- oh, hang on...

Also haha big fuck you to the mercenary rat Sanchez. Delighted the cùnt won nothing with the manc filth. :D 8)

Always great to see moaninho AGAIN blaming his players for a defeat  Apparently it was lukaku and fellani's fault for not trying hard enough to be fit for the game   Nothing to do of course with the fact that his tactics are negative until they look like losing a game, and nothing to do with the fact that he has spent a kings ransom on a squad that has ZERO balance in it - when a team has martial, mata and rashford as subs (if lukaku was fit rashford would have been on the bench), but still has jones and smalling as their centre backs, then questions should be asked.

it comes to something when I actually found parts of the wedding more interesting than the FA Cup Final

Only watched the highlights as I fully expected it to be a bit naff. Feels wrong to have a FA cup final without Arsenal playing in it. Still we were well represented.
Sanchez is shadow of the player he was last season. Thank fuck there wasn't any VAR for his goal in 2017 final. Pogba looks like a player that would be better off in our midfield. Maybe swap him with Ramsey.
A favourable result for us as it keeps us ahead of united in cup wins. Chelsea were organised and worked hard without actually playing any football.
