I carried out some work recently for a guy who was a part owner in a huge company and when on a board meeting dealing with new promotions at the top level he studied the credentials and gave his opinion of who he believed who should be given the promotions.

He was then advised that he had picked too many men and it was not the PC way, so lesser qualified women had to be given jobs to keep the status quo

I have no doubt there are women out there who are competent and worthy of a top position in high end companies,.

I often wonder whether football would have hooked me the way it did back then if I was growing up now....probably not. What is it with women that they have to stick their noses into everything we do? When was the last time you tried to crash a shopping trip with her pals.......er never, but look at all the soppy cu*ts sat there at the bowl with girlfriends watching the game through their phones while stuffing pizza in their faces. And then people ask why the atmosphere has largely gone at football...well guess what..... you silly fuckers killed it off.

I spent many years working in recruitment for the Oirish civil service and the thing that bugged me the most were the gender "equality" quotas. Every campaign we ran we had to invite a set percentage of female candidates to interview no matter how their test and presentation scores ranked against their male counterparts. Most of those (not all but most) women failed miserably at interview but by then that gender equality quota had done numerous better qualified male candidates out of the opportunity to interview. It is positive discrimination in all but name.

Similarly we have a 3% disability quota. 3% of our workforce must be people with disabilities whether they can do the job or not. When I finally got out of recruitment and went into project management the pc lunatics were pushing to raise that quota to fucking 6% even though most departments could not get anywhere near hitting that 3% figure.
