Strange that there has been that one female 'linesman' for a few years now but no others have reached that level, mysoginistic bastards are obviously holding the hundreds of others back

As with DB in the civil service, i saw it a lot in my time the army, equality and diversity is a must except where they aren't able to keep up.... males time for a mile and half run 10:30 min, females 11:30 is just the most obvious example. When i was at a technical training regiment males who failed one exam on their course were lucky if they were given one resit before being back coursed or removed from training, but quite often females were given multiple chances just so the quotas could be met. So many times females appeared to be fast tracked for promotion way ahead of their peers just so the quotas were met throughout the rank structure, dont get me wrong there are plenty of men who could never make the grade but equally there were many women who didn't either but still seemed to move forward in their careers where the males had hit their ceilings.

Of course once again mention it or question it and you are just a mysoginistic chauvanistic pig. Meritocracy should always be the way ahead immaterial of race/gender/sexuality/religion or whatever, unfortunately it isn't in this day and age.

Women only have half the upper body strength that men have, and only 2 thirds of the lower body strength of men. Add in they don't have anywhere near the same level of testosterone as us, and it's clear to see that they simply aren't capable of competing with us physically
