Re: Unai Emery
Tbh I'm still amazed he's done as well as he has done given the spilled abortion that Arsene left in his egotistical club killing wake.....
Re: Unai Emery
I know that he isnt everyone's cup of tea, but personally I am happy to get him back, and especially if dick intends sticking with the back 3 cos we only have sokratis, holding and mustafi at the mo, and mustafi is mostly shit

Oooh, some absolute humdingers in this one lads ...

Oooh, some absolute humdingers in this one lads ...
Wenger has been a ghost, an absence, spending his time being lionised in various exotic locales, doing TV work, and generally staying away from the reconditioned club he helped conceive, design and deliver

Re: Unai Emery
Fuck me, talk about rewriting history .... this guy is claiming that it’s not all Dick’s doing, that the club were in good shape after all thanks to uncle Arsene. He even tries to claim Aubameyang as a Wenker signing while giving the credit to Mislintat for Emery’s new additions....which is it ?Natural Born Gooner wrote: ↑Wed Dec 05, 2018 4:19 pmhttps://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theg ... ry-arsenal

Does he not remember that we didn’t get a single away point in 2018 under Wenker and the players (particularly the defence that he is lauding ) too often waved the white flag of surrender
There was none of the visibly obvious team spirit and work ethic that exists now (but was so often talked about) and the whole club, players, fans, management team are unified in just 3/4 months under Dick.

Lee Lee Dixon was talking about that last week. off the pitch Bould rarely if ever speaks first. he's been that way since he was a kid.goonertone wrote: ↑Mon Dec 03, 2018 5:30 amHe seems to have a backroom team that are motivated as well (apart from Bouldy that is who continues to sit there chewing away).
He said that if you don't ask him a question, he won't speak at all - it drove him nuts when they roomed on tour

Re: Unai Emery
The most damning one is the distance ran - last season 8th, just shows the level of apathy and lack of f’s given.
We have always liked to win the hard way - it’s in the Arsenal DNA
Think Anderlect Fairs Cup, 1970
Cup Final V Liverpool 1971 after last min pen to draw 2-2 with stoke from 2-0 down
Hunting down Leeds 1971 champions
Letting Utd equalise Cup final 1979
1-0 down 2-1 up v spuds, 3 times then Liverpool and f’ ing Rush’s record up 87
Handing Liverpool the title on a plate 89
Last min v Sheff Weds 93 Cup final
Overhauling Utd in 98 title chase
Nearly going out to Wigan in semi, before going 2-0 down to Hull 2014
Most cups under Wenker were (from memory) fairly straight forward, Newcastle, Chelsea, Southampton, Villa especially was so unArsenal like in its ease of victory.

Re: Unai Emery
can't really stop them partying when it's off season. even if it is a bit dumb.
releasing that tape must put that club in a legal bind?
Im sure you could find something similar for all players/clubs
