I'm pleased. I want us to win the Europa league and I really didn't want to have to play Liverpool or spurs along the way!

Was hoping for a Scum humiliation last night , genuinely disappointed it didn't happen. I don't necessarily believe that them being in the CL makes their PL challenge weaker, because I don't think they are realistic challengers in either.

quite enjoying this constant media frenzy around them tbh, they'll do what they usually do and get giddy on tumble away as per usual when the pressure heats up in february. honestly i wouldn't swap being in the last 16 of the cl for being in the europa, because we actually have a chance of winning it. they'll have 3 other english clubs to deal with, plus the madrid teams, barca, munich and juve ffs!

I think these big teams no longer care after theyve qualified, now theyll just concentrate on their leagues and winter breaks and worry about who they draw next year.

Spurs will 100% fall away because they have a small squad and don't have money to strengthen in January. They had a load of players at the WC in the latter stages so although they're fresh and doing bits atm, they'll slow down after christmas and particularly the easter period
