This man will be the GG of the next chapter. Ozil is this generation's Charlie Nicholas. I'm going to say it now, we will be Champions of England by 2022.
That's the problem with all the Christmas drinking

Wheels well and truly off now! We’re every bit as shite and predictible as we were under Wenker! From terrible defending to the timing of substitutions! Other premiership managers have him sussed already!
I know he will get another season but unless I see a willingness and ability to sort it out starting with the purchase of a cb in january! Then he can fuck off in the summer! We cant afford to gamble and fall further behind the scum and the rest!
He inherited the shite Wenger left him. What did you expect him to do? Unless Emery is given the money Klopp has been given nothing will change.

Yeah Poch sussed him out didnt he when we slaughtered Spurs 4-2 and Klopp when we drew with Liverpool and of course Mourinho who is out of a job.For years we had been going on about Wenger making the same substitutions after 70 mins.Emery makes adventurous substitutions and you slag him off

I agreed with you when you used to slag Wenger off but the job Emery had when he took over was enormous. He didnt inherit Bergkamp Seaman Adams Keown Dixon Winterburn and Parlour. He inherited shit like Mustafi Kolašinac Xhaka Ozil Mkhitaryan Ramsey Iwobi Elneny and Welbeck all garbage who wouldnt get in any of the top 4 sides

This job isnt a 6 month job its a 3-5 year job.And that is with huge backing from the board

I have faith in Emery because he has come in and tried to change things we may have to suffer days like today
.But do we really want to go back to the shite we has to watch under Wenger for the last decade

As for Ozil get him out of the club NOW

Brilliantly put Ernie :barscarf:

We look worse defensively than we did last season and getting no better with each passing week!
We can blame wengers players all day long ! but dicks signings with the exception of Torreira don’t look much better, dont be surprised to see his head turned in the summer
I want Dick to be a success, but it seems to be going downhill rapidly, his decision making etc seems to be borne out of desperation.
As i said i hope im wrong, but gut feeling tells me otherwise.
Unless some real progress and vision in place by the end of the season, then there should be no “give him time” he has to earn that concession and that can only be earnt by seeing actual sustained improvement!

You seriously dont think that sokratis and the dozi are serious upgrades on what was there before them ??  Personally I would also say that leno is a big upgrade on helmet head, but he is making too many mistakes so I can see why others would not agree

Couldn't agree more and very well put. Frankly its a bloody miracle that for an hour or so yesterday we were in the top four at Christmas given the absolute ragbag dross that Shit for Brains left behind. With the possible exception of Mike Ashley we've got the worst owner in the League and for the past decade we've had the worst manager from a tactical naivety point of view, so Unai deserves a fucking medal for getting this rag bag bunch anywhere near the top four, let alone going 22 games unbeaten (a run that included Spurs, Man U away and Liverpool before any cock out there says "we didn't play anyone")

Ozil, Xhaka, Mustafi, Cech, Chambers, Debuchy, Welbeck, Elneny - if my maths are right that's about £170m in transfer fees wasted on that utter crock of shit. One of them has the class to wear the shirt but seldom bothers and the rest would be lucky to play for any side in the top 10. Chambers being on loan at Fulham just about sums it up - £16m spunked up the wall on him and still years later farming him out around the country whilst signing blokes in their 30s in his position.

I'll be sticking with Unai until at least the end of next season before passing judgement.

We all know where the problems are - defence. We were already short of numbers and we saw our 33 year old captain suffer a career threatening injury, Mertesacker retire and Chambers sent out on loan. Bellerin has always been defensively vulnerable as has Mustafi and Holding is only just starting to progress. So we only signed has been Lichtensteiner and an aging Sokratis (who actually has done ok). If the owner of the club - still even more responsible than Wenger for our decline - doesn't give Unai £100m+ to invest in the defence then we might as well resign ourselves to finishes between 10th and 5th regardless of who the manager is. Klopp wouldn't win anything unless you spent what he did on Van Dijk and a proper keeper. City blew 50m+ on each of Walker and Stones, the Chavs spent 80m on a keeper. Look at our defence yesterday - a 36 year old Juve freebie, a Schalke freebie, a 33 year old crock and a bargain basement 30 year old from Dortmund. Do you honestly think there's a better manager out there who would mould that lot into a title challenging defence???

Give Unai 3 more windows to get rid of this loser's culture and the money to invest in the defence - then we can start passing fair judgement

Well who would have thought it, no charge for a totally intentional dive by salah, but an investigation over an accidental incident with emery - the fa should be fcuked out on their arses cos they are a shower of w.ankers    :box: :box: :censored: :censored:

If Dick doesn't get some decent money I can see him looking to go elsewhere....He is used to winning and he is not going to win anything with this "line of defence" There is not a manager in the world who could mold this rag tag shower into anything acceptable. They are individually awful and even worse collectively and there isn't one who is good enough or commands enough respect to lead them. A sum of players worse than the parts.

Ozil needs to go as well....it is true he is the only player with real vision and he very seldom gives the ball away but we cannot afford him....we do not have enough good players to be able to carry him....we are a team of journeymen and everyone has to pull their weight....ALL the time.

Dark days ahead.........

Sokratis is decent tbf but I’m not overly impressed by dozi tbh, no end product!
Was a bit ott with my post last night though, but i was pissed off and pissed!
However i still have reservations over emery and concerned that we could waste 3 seasons hoping he can change it without complaining or acting if its going wrong simply out of gratitude that wenger is gone!

If his teeth were bigger he could run onto the pitch and claim it was down to passion.

Funny how it wasn't included in a report but they still charged him. I've seen loads of cases where a manager or player have done something obvious but the FArce claim they can't do anything because the ref didn't include it in a report. They really are a corrupt bunch of hypocrits.
