Then Milner makes two obvious ugly fouls from behind in quick succession and only one yellow.
SHOCK. Compare this to Ashley Barnes elbowing off the line against City last week with zero consequence. This whole season has been fucking bullshit, week after fucking week with this lot.

Re: other matches this weekend
Conspiracy or not (and I am very reluctant to believe that it is anything more than typically shit PL refereeing and a general favouritism for big clubs), Liverpool have been given massive help week after week after week.
Tonight was a disgrace. Not even a yellow for TAA clearly intentionally elbowing it off the line. Van Dijk aggressively throwing Perez to the floor out of sheer anger 5 yards off the ball - not even a free-kick. Fabinho with one of the most pathetic dives I've ever seen - free-kick in a dangerous position leading to the winning goal. Milner with two awful hacks from behind - no red.
Salah has had 5 or 6 awful dives this season, which have heralded 3 or 4 penalties and no yellows.
Will VAR help this, or will referees just keep bottling big decisions against Liverpool and co? The latter for me, I'm afraid.
Somebody will only need to take a deep breath next week and they'll be granted an immediate penalty against Wolves.

Fuck em....City will beat Leicester Monday night....take it to the last day, make the disappointing even more crippling. Fucking hate them....and that fuck of if a manager of theirs. I'm glad we never got him...whatever we are at AFC these days, we are, and always have been a decent club. Klopp is a fucking arsehole.

When Milner hacked down that second player I laughed to myself that he was going to get 2 yellows in one go and get the road.
When he just got one I turned it off, just a joke a that stage.

Think the amnesty kicked in a few weeks back over the 5 cards?

Re: other matches this weekend
When Sokrites got booked against Everton a few weeks back it was his 10th of the season so he was suspended for 2 matches but I remember reading at the time that that was the last weekend before the amnesty kicked in so if he avoided a booking in that game he wouldn’t have received a ban if he got booked in any game after that.
Re: other matches this weekend
Knew those jammy car thieves would win, I hardly watch football these days and this is why, horribly predictable and full of diving cheaty clubs that there is very little to like about, luckily I think City will still do it, despite stupid northern refs trying to help them (actually might be southern like most Liverpool fans?).

Re: other matches this weekend
When first mooted I was completely against the introduction of VAR but the more football I watch, especially the complete shit fest that is the state of officiating in the PL, then it just can’t come in quickly enough for me now.
And the best thing about it is that the two teams it will negatively affect the most are the scum and the victims.
The victims game speaks for itself yesterday and even though the scum had 2 sent off they should of had a third and conceded a penalty.
Next weekend is the last weekend this shit show will have to be tolerated. Roll on August.

Re: other matches this weekend
I've been watching less football this past while due to how predictive it is with the top two always getting the decisions.
What's the point in watching if it's not on a level playing field

You are making the assumption that honesty and integrity will come into play with VAR, and that rodders is a grave mistake - a few months back I watched 3 horrendous decisions in the space of a few weeks that were either awarded by var or confirmed by var (started with a penalty in la liga for real madrid), and it confirmed to me that the process will continue to be as corrupt as it currently is
