whose got the biggest programme collection here?
Was digging around the attic yesterday and found all my old programmes, the box was bloody heavy. i knew i had quite a few but didnt realise ive got all home programmes from 1988-2001 with all finals and semis and friendlies, plus quite a few away ones.
Who can put me to shame?

I can. I don't have a single Arsenal program as I never buy them. I don't know why because I used to in the 80's and then I went to a game one day and didn't buy one. I've never bought one for myself since. I still pick one up for my nephew but in honesty I rarely read it.
I do however have a Liverpool one for a game played in May 1989 at home to Arsenal.

I collect programmes, but unfortunately don't have a single Arsenal one.
Would love on in my collection.
Have some rugby union (test matches and super 14) and a-league programs. Rugby League games don't have programs, otherwise I would have a very large amount from about 1996 up to now. (They make exceptions for test matches and state of origin though, and I have a few of those.
)
So yeah....probably can't beat the collection of the original post.

I have hundreds of the buggers up in the attic. Mainly Arsenal home & away, England International's and FA Cup Finals, from the mid 1970's through to late 1980's, but some newer and some much older. I recently sold the Arsenal v Man Utd 1958 (their last game before Munich) for £100 on ebay, but don't expect others to be worth anywhere near as much.
I stopped buying them when:
- They got so bloody expensive!
- I realised that I bought them, took them home and stuck them in a drawer....completely unread
!!
At least when I buy the gooner I do read it from cover to cover!!
