Remember when Sol would go back to the swamp and the team bus would have shit thrown at it on the way in and the atmosphere in the ground was white hot and they'd want to team him apart?

But he'd still go and play there every time and nobody would ever dream of suggesting it would be better for a player to sit out a game like that.

Of course that was back in the day when everyone wasn't such a massive fucking vagina.

Ozil is our equivalent of that band that burned a million quid on live TV back in the 90's....what a fucking waste.
While I agree 99% of modern footballers are vaginas you are talking about the same Sol that had a hissy fit and ran off out of a stadium at half time because he was upset...... vagina alert right thee.
Remember that I was there against the green street murdering scumcuntbags ... But in his defence his father had died the week before I think? and didn't he go on to have something of an emotional / mental breakdown

Regardless Ozil is too pussyfied to even be called a vagina.
Yeah I think Sol is treated extremely harshly over that West Ham game. I've heard countless people, even to this day, slam him for it but he had a lot of bad shit going on in his personal life at the time that would excuse it,

Sol is a legend yet still gets hammered for that one incident (I can't remember a single other time where he let the club down) while ol' bug eyes is revered by so many despite continuously sticking it to the club.

I remember arseblog saying recently that if you were to ask any Arsenal blogger what causes them to get the most vitriol from their readers they'd all say it would be after any article that dares to make even the smallest criticism of Ozil. The fan boys come out in force with threats and abuse immediately.

Beggars belief.

ps: This has draw or loss written all over it. FuckOFF Thursday night football AND Sunday afternoon games :banghead: :(
I agree there - really don't see why they can't play the Europa League alongside the Champions League.
The Thursday night just makes it feel a worse competition than it really is.

when there was the European Cup, Cup Winners Cup and UEFA Cup they all played on the same night.

:D :D

When I was first told Frankfurters came from Frankfurt & Hamburgers were from Hamburg ... and that that's where they get their names from ... I thought I was being told that the places had been named after the food.

I still prefer to believe it's that way round. There would have been no wars if Europe was really like that :D 8)

2-2 draw tonight. Probably with one team losing a 2-0 lead :banghead:

There are more important things than football. But it wasn't just the 2nd half against West Ham that Sol missed, it was several games following that.

And while I sympathise about his personal problems and it was understandable if he wanted some privacy, he didnt help himself by showing up at the BAFTAs during his absence from the team.

Yeah the Sol fanboys always conveniently ignore that bit. Mustn't have been that upset if he could still go out to do the whole media spotlight bit.

Fuck him. My father rotted away in front of me from cancer. Died a horrific death. When he died I still had to go to fucking work.

This elevating of Sol to legend status is embarrassing. The only thing Sol gave a shit about was Sol. As hilarious as it was let's not forget he totally fucked over his club and its arsehole fans to join us to win stuff. His latest interviews paint a deluded self obsessed loop job.

Also - once scum always scum. :censored:
