We love you Freddie!

We love you Freddie!

Post by GunnerTino »

If the stories coming out about Freddie going
to Italy are true,I'd just like to wish him all the
best and thank him for many, many great moments
in an Arsenal shirt.
Who will ever forget the 'V's he flicked at the ****
and kicking the door in down the tunnel?MAGIC!
And that magnificent goal in Cardiff?
The way he beat John Terry and curled that one in will
live with me for ever!
Shame the last couple of seasons have been injury hit
and he wasn't at his best, but all in all I think he's
done us great service.

I agree big time!

Apart from being the main reason the missus to be fell in love with the gooners he has given us some great great moments!

The seasons cutting in from the wing and scoring at will were breathtaking!

The last couple of years may have been a bit pants (CK pants tho) but we...

LOVE YOU FREDDIE COS YOU HAD RED HAIR.......

Legend!

One of the few true legends left at the Club. I'll always remember his debut. Not a bad way to get your career going!

All the best in the future, Fred. I look forward to seeing you back at the Grove one day!

Someone posted the other day asking whether or not ex-Gooners get a good/fair reception from the fans when they leave Arsenal... I think we can all safely say that any time Freddie comes back to the Grove in the future that question will get well and truly answered with a chorus of the "We love you Freddie.." song!

In the last few months of the 2002 season when Pires was out injured and he switched over to the left he was one of the main reasons we won the league that year!

LEGEND no question let's hope he's not the last of a dyin breed but there seems to be signs of that spirit in a few of the up n' comers not least of all Cesc who left Cashley in no doubt what he thought of him, when he tried to shake his hand - brilliant!

Im gutted he is going!! he has been an absolute legend for us!!
I've got so many memories of freddie but one stands out!!

It was the Arsenal vs Chelski C/L Q/F at Highbury!! we all know the result! this would be the first game i took my then girlfriend, now wife too!!

Reyes was breaking down the left all of the fans were up on their feet in expectation, and my wife was having a diet coke moment as freddie was on the touchline pouring water over his head and shaking it from side to side! She still discribes this moment as on of the best in her life!! Im SOOOO proud!!!

I haven't got the heart to tell he he is leaving!!

Cheers for the memories Fred!!

your a legendary Gooner for life!!!
