What a sad state of affairs when our main candidates are a 20 year old kid in his second season, a bloke who has been out injured for a year, Sokratis whose form is barely good enough for the first team, and the two lads up front who aren't really born leaders

I'd hoped that Holding might come back and reclaim his pre-injury form and emerge as that man, but seems a long way off too

Hello Chaps,
Haven't posted for a while because I have been having a torrid and steamy romance with a Natalie Sawyer lookalike!
Now at least have Rodders attention.
I am really fucked off with this Xhaka thing.
The relationship between the players and the media, with their ghost written columns and books,is now so incestuous that they will not brook any criticism of their performance or attitude on or off the pitch.
I totally condemn the disgusting social media abuse against Xhaka and his family, but in this age of fake profiles etc,how can people like Oliver Holt lay this at the feet of "Arsenal Fans?"
I also find the crap that "Arsenal Fans T.V." dish out a total embarrassment to us as supporters, and the club, and if Arsenal could find a way to stop them using the clubs name etc,and their property,(we have all seen them on the stairs up to the North Bank bridge),they should do so.They are making us a laughing stock among Football supporters.
However, the Snowflake thing is doing my head in.
When we lose,I have to take a week of shit/banter from workmates, but this is part of the game we love, because we know/hope that we will give it back.
One more thing,Mourhino should not be allowed anywhere near our club.
He,or his P.R. people are only using our club to keep his media profile solvent, fuck him!
Welcome back mate. 8)

Have to say I’m not comfortable comparing Eboue with Xhaka!
The only similarity is that they were both shit footballers!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I can’t recall Eboue ever displaying complete contempt for the fan who booed him or a lack of respect for the shirt or the club? Nor did he play the victim card!
I do however recall him crying after setting up a last minute winner for TH14 against the mancs!
Shit he may have been, but I do believe he appreciated that he played for The Arsenal!
Me neither..at least Eboue could dance. :D

As predicted

https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football ... pa-league/

Cowardly c.unts (him and the club) as they seek an away fixture to get him back in, and they picked an away fixture that is likely to have less Gooners than usual given the kick off time

Don’t worry Augie, this surely can’t last. I said on here the other day, that unless he were to play like Cruyff, there’s no way back.

He had zero good will credit in the bank prior to the incident and he’s well overdrawn now. Imagine the reaction when he continues to give the ball away, fails to pick up opponents or track back and in his desperation to get rid of the ball, plays a team mate right into trouble. Fans will go nuts and he won’t get one inch of slack.

Unless of course, our fans revert to their supine selves ....... :rubchin:

Nice to see people quick to hang the manager on this point on the back of an article in the fucking Sun

Except, he hasn't included him in this squad has he? Also, is it any coincidence that a statement has been released the same day stating clearly that there are no first team injuries at all

So whether you like Emery or not - and I know I'm now in a tiny minority - at least he's not a cowardly cock like his predecessor. Imagine what Wenger's response would have been

Either

1. Straight back in as captain expressing deep regret for his "cultural differences" and declaring what an intelligent and sensitive boy he is

or

2. He has picked up a niggle in training

Xhaka is a useless cu.nt whether he's in the squad or not, whether he plays or not and while Dick is probably a nice guy he's out of his depth. If he's not the answer to what we need I don't really give two fu.cks about his morals or whether he's a cowardly cock or not. Both of them out of the club would be a good start to making some progress.

Did it when throwing his toys out of the pram at Colney.
