I still think that we should taunt Ashley with 'Siemens, siemens' on his visit to AG. As for songs for players, Gilberto, Toure & Fabregas deserve songs.

What about this one, the first two lines are not original I dont think

Eboue from the Ivory
He played together with Kolo at Highbury
Now side by side at Ashburton
with Djourou, Gallas, Swiss Toniiiiiiii

or to the tune of Cleaning out my closet by Eminem

I'm sorry Ashley
We never meant to hurt you
We never meant to make you cry
so why dont you come out of the closet

Or

we dont need another hero
We've got Cesc and Gilberto

I'm on a roll so I might think of some more to relieve the boredom of work

Song for ashley

Post by Goonanana »

I think i've got one for when Cashley comes to the grove

To the tune of Robin hood (riding through the glen)......

Ashley Cole, Ashley Cole Running down the Wing,
How'd we know? how'd we we know? Cos we'can hear him ring
five grand a week! for taking it up his hole!
Ashley cole, Ashley cole, Ashley cole!

I'd recommend singing it every time he carries the ball over the half way line

first 10 mins at anfield yesterday was the best atmosphere I've ever heard
hairs on the back of your neck stuff
their fans reffed the game - every foul we committed was booked
we need to influence refs like that

I dont think we need anymore songs...I just think the ones we got are fine but not sung enough.

I hope I start to hear "She wore a yellow ribbon" again now!!

Was anyone at the Charlton game and saw the north stand support sing "We're the North Bank / We're the Clock End Highbury". Both sets of fans have I think been put in the same area at the Grove and it was good to see.

Nicked from a Middlesbrough unofficial website but quite good I thought

I would walk 500 miles
and I would walk 500 more
Just to be the man who walks a thousand miles
to see Van Persie score (or Fabregas or Baptista etc)

They used Yakubu apparently.
