Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Like watching a different sport seeing the victims dismantle Wolves tonight.
The Mickeys have got this under wraps - imagine having all your best centre halves out injured and beating Wolves 4-0......you know those mighty Wolves who looked like they could have scored six or seven last time up

Maureen's little burst might get the Spuds top four at best, but his football is still outdated compared to what the Mickeys produce.....and when City turn up they are in a different league too.

Mickeys all the way from here - sad but the lesser of two evils by some distance

You can tell when your team is having a bad season when you want southampton to beat Brighton so that we don't end the weekend in 16th position. Never liked southampton since Davis broke Cockerill's jaw. Don't know what he said to polite Paul, but he must have deserved getting clouted for it.

From what I've heard since, Cockerill said a racially abusive term and Davis quite rightly gave him the old left hook knock-out.

It's on You Tube if you want to see it. it was only a short, sharp punch but the racist cunnt went down like a sack of cement

Brighton are winning. Does this mean we are getting relegated yet?

Danny Ings keeps Arsenal in the top 15

What a man

Lets sign him and stick him out wide on the left

Nah. He’s 5 foot nothing ain’t he? So sign him, play him centre forward and launch 87 crosses a game at him. That should see us comfortably climb to 14th by season’s end :barscarf:

Yep - good option. Let Bellerin and Pepe deliver all those quality crosses. We can always swap him for Nketiah after 69 minutes if all else fails !

Saints have 7 goals from set pieces this season, suggests a degree of coaching on the training ground :rubchin:

May be our lot can have a go at some of that, starting with how to take a throw in

Then corners...

After that have a go at a decent free kick

That guy we got as set piece coach from Brentford ? is earning his crust.

For a club which has ambitions of playing in the Champions League, I always think it's best to recruit staff from the second tier of the English league.
