Barça have offered Philippe Coutinho in exchange for one of Alexandre Lacazette or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. This wouldn’t impact Martin Odegaard’s arrival. Kia Joorabchian is working close to the deal [@_alexrodrigz].

Proof of the fraud Edu is involved in if this happens. Absolutely fucking scandalous. Why the actual fuck do we want Coutinho to replace a main striker?? :banghead: :banghead:

I remember looking at a list of Joorabchian's clients, seeing Coutinho's name on it and wondering how long it would be before we were linked with a move to line his pockets for years

City’s match day squad today cost over 900 million quid to assemble

When they sign the crayon muncher that figure will rise to over a billion.

Fucking game’s gone mate
All above board. All funded from their own resources. Nothing to see here….. :censored:

Bit like the champions league final that they bottled they’ve again gone into this game with no striker.

Must be where Arteta gets it from

Obviously I am in the minority here, but if pep's cone boy is so desperate to bring in another number 10, then I would rather bring in coutinho on loan than spunk anything north of £25m for odegaard - for starters it would preserve our limited transfer budget for a proper number 8 and a proper right full, but secondly coutinho has shown that he has the class to play in this league to a high level, whilst odegaard certainly hasnt

Coutinho on loan with an option would be good enough, but the suggestion is a swap for one of Laca or Auba. Coutinho's injury record is troubling, so a permanent deal may not be beneficial - high wages, little playing time. Apparently he hasn't played for nearly a year.

I don't want Arteta wasting anymore money, to be fair.

Torreira hasn’t even returned to the club to train for fuck sake. Living it up out in Spain riding rollercoasters while trousering a massive wage.

Absolute fucking banter club :banghead:
I was wondering where he was. He's like that Italian fella that didn't turn up for work for 15 years, nobody noticed his absence and still got paid.
No doubt the club will realise he's still our player and give offer him a new contract.

You just know that we're still paying Denilson, Sanogo, Squaillaci and Mart Poom and have just forgotten not to pay them. I also wouldn't be surprised if somewhere, Remi Garde is still registered as a player.

Not Coutinho please! :banghead:

You can't judge him on what he did 5 years ago.

Well I’d take a chance on swapping Laca for Coutinho.
Laca offers little and is off on a free at the end of the season. We need a CAM/Playmaker and Coutinho could be that? Give him a 2 year deal with an option of a third, as long as we kept his wages at a reasonable level. Then we could actually spend the money we have on a striker who is half decent. No way would I swap PEA, he holds a little value still, Lacazette is worth peanuts now.

A 29 year old that's been practically a permacrock for two years and living off his performances for Liverpool.

Having had our fingers burnt with another of Kia's old Brazilians I'd be loathe to go there again.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Step forward Edu.

Also agree. Not sure what they hate is on Coutinho, he's proved he can have his own way in the PL (albeit years ago, yes) and again proved in a Bayern team that he can do his own thing. Much rather have a 70% Coutinho than anything we are linked with the outrageous fees associated with them. Rather give 5-6M to Coutinho per season than 30M for Odegaard who has done fuck all for us.

Who cares these days? A few years ago, I'd have been willing us to laugh down the phone at that absolute corrupt scum of a club and would be revelling in their 'new Leeds' demise but these days, it doesn't matter at all to us. Ship one or both of Lacazette and/or Aubameyang out the door because neither of them give a fuck and are just taking the piss right now. Get Courtinho in, get Ødergaard in , get fucking bleeding fucking Roger Milla in, it doesn't change anything.
