AFCON - To be cancelled

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Looks like we will be stuck with PEA, Partey and Pepe.

Sky announced a few hous ago that they will have full tv rights for the tournament - hardly announce that if it is about to be cancelled

Not yet , too much money involved .


CAF General Secretary Veron Mosengo-Omba also said they are pressing on with the competition. Yesterday he held meetings with Cameroon sports minister Professor Narcisse Mouelle Kombi and public health minister Manaouda Malachie to work on organisational matters.

With Sky and the Beeb covering AFCON cannot see it being cancelled now.
