Worst memory was Highbury 1975 when we played them in the FA cup...fuckin rained all day...those fuckers was everywhere....stuck on corner of the northbank...we had a definite penalty turned down...and the ball got stuck in the mud so that pikey Alan Taylor scored...thats a painful memory
I reckon the Shambles actually folded in 1989 after we won the league and they got relegated and have only really existed as a memory and a sort of " nostalgic football club" theme park for people like Des Lynam and John Motson who always went on about them and couldn't face the fact that the world had moved on and it wasn't 1978 any more.
