I see the case for them staying in as it gives them extra games to play, but i see the greater case that as they should easily win the whole things, given the terrible standard, and i dont want them winning anything full stop.

Was driving home from work today and the sports bulletin came on the radio. The presenter said there was good news for scum fans following the UEFA decision to award Rennes a 3 nil win for the postponed match which meant the scum were knocked out out of the conference league giving them more time to concentrate on domestic matches.
After I stopped screaming C.UNT at the radio I got to thinking how it would be spun if it happened to us. All the talk would be of the embarrassment of not even making it out of the group of Europe’s third tier competition, the mocking and laughing about being knocked out by a bunch of Latvian part timers. A new low, crisis, failure, shocking, disgrace.

Spot on Rodders, always spun in the best light. I'm glad they have no chance of winning it as they surely would have, so as much as fixture congestion would be nice, one less chance for the modern prometheus like sewed up face italan to win something is a plus in my book.
