Kia Joorabchian is ready to broker a deal between Arsenal and Bruno Guimarães, as the North London side look to battle Juventus for his signature. Lyon are looking for a loan with a €45m (£37.5m) obligation [Via - @Football_LDN].

Arthur would prefer a move to Arsenal, over Sevilla or anywhere else. He has taken note of the Gunners interest and would prioritise a move to the Carpet over all other options [Via - @Gazzetta_IT].

Arsenal technical director Edu has held talks with Lille striker Jonathan David’s agent, with the club interested in a potential summer move, however nothing is concrete yet. [@mahithgamage] #afc https://t.co/mPXs1Tc7HP

AS Roma will ‘return’ for Granit Xhaka once again in June, who is Jose Mourinho’s ‘first name’ on the midfield list. Despite Xhaka renewing his contract, Mourinho’s feeling to sign the player ‘never stopped’. [@Gazzetta_it] #afc https://t.co/hhaBGnsroB

According to @SamiMokbel81_DM, #Arsenal must commit a staggering £150m if they want to complete a move for Dusan Vlahovic. The Gunners have not been put off by the huge financial outlay & are working to seal a deal for the Serbian. https://t.co/kFoRbAVI2i

Its also understood clubs interested in Vlahovic have also been informed the deal will also include £15m in fees to the player’s camp. The additional payments to the player’s representatives is understood to have been a major sticking point for clubs that have shown interest.

There is an acknowledgment at #Arsenal that the deal to sign Vlahovic is expensive, but there is also a realisation that if they are prepared to pay a premium they stand a good chance of signing him.
This prick can well and truly f+++ off. Honestly, all I've heard is about how we're too small for him, he ideally wants a bigger club etc......well go f+++ yourself mate. A one season wonder that nobody had heard of scoring a few penalties for Fiorentina.

No thanks - rather have Calvert Lewin
I'd rather bring back Walcott ffs.
Now I'm very glad that you're on the mend mate, but you could have mentioned the lobotomy you were having :D

Maybe we can get Iwobi back as part of the same deal - I know you were always a fan !

Yeah maybe the Walcott reference was a bit too far.

But tbh Calvert-Lewin is that type of player. Mid twenties, at his supposed peak, but only hits 7 to 15 PL goals a season. Will look top class on occasion and then look like Comedy Eboue the following week. As a back up to a top striker absolutely, but not as a starting striker for me.

Walcott was a joker from the start - played a handful of games in the Championship and then suddenly Sven and Shit for Brains thrust him into the limelight when he clearly wasn't ready for it

I'm less bothered about the sheer weight of goals and just want someone who can play with their back to goal, offer an out ball to the defence and midfield when we're under the cosh and bring the midfielders into play. Lacazette does that better than any of our other strikers and its simple - when he plays we often do well, when he doesn't play we often do shit. Hopefully Legohead can see that after the weekend albeit he needs to see the same thing 20 odd times before anything sticks i.e. Willian, Bellerin.

DCL getting 12 goals a year and weighing in all the midfielders to get 10+ is fine for me!

How about Saul Niguez moving his loan deal from Chavs to Arsenal for the rest of the season? He's only made 5 starts all season and is behind Kante, Kovacic, Mount and Jorginho. He's better than who we have plus may help get the best out of Partey.

I'm not convinced by Vlahovic.
Seems to be all tap-ins and penalties.

His goals record padded by pens like Harry Kane
