I grew up in pretty much an all male environment so when I’d hear stories of domestic abuse by a celebrity or whoever I used to just think what a scummy bastard the person was who’d do that to a woman but that was about as much as the story would penetrate my consciousness if I’m being honest.

But I’ve a daughter who’s 6 now, obviously a long way off having a boyfriend or moving out of home to be with someone (thank fuck) but when I hear about stories like this or listen to the recording she did of him it absolutely fucking terrifies me and chills me to my soul.

Harriet Robson is somebody’s daughter and to think that some disgusting low life piece of fucking vermin scum could treat her like that makes me absolutely fucking livid.

Can only hope that the worst faith imaginable awaits that despicable piece of shit who treated her so appalling.

He will have his day in court. But society can also be the judge but ever since the Harvey Weinstein stuff this kind of thing isn't really tolerated anymore. Man United will face increasing pressure to terminate his contract and I wouldnt mind betting he has played his last game in the premier league. Any club that dare signs him should United release him would be bottom feeders.

Last year a rugby league player named Jarryd Hayne got sentences to 5 years in jail. As far as Rugby League goes he is a massive name having played for New South Wales in state of origin as well as playing for Australia. Probably wouldn't have happened without the Weinstein effect.

Xxxxxxx should be fearing not only his career, but his freedom too. There are going to be people who resent the 'rich footballers who always get away with it', and they will be working for a prison sentence.

Imagine being 20 years old earning millions of dollars a year and your life is set up for the next 10 years of fame and fortune, only to piss it all down the drain.

Wait until your baby girl is 17 mate. My beautiful daughter is. She'll be 18 in March. I'm terrified every time she goes out the door. There are so many sick fuckers out there. Women beaters and rapists. I've taught her the basics of survival Krav, a couple of techniques that you should not use unless your life is under threat but I don't know if she'll even remember them in a real life attack.

My son is 16 turning 17 in April and my fear for him is all the little cùnts carrying knives now.

My mom told me before I had kids that I'd never know true worry and fear until I had kids and she was right.

Having kids is the best thing that ever happened to me but also the cause of my worst fears and nightmares.....
