Raúl de Tomás - A monster at 5ft 8¨tall, CB's all over the Prem quaking already. 27yo, scored 16 goals in last 2 seasons for Espanyol........Transfermarkt have him valued at 15m.
Fucking seriously? Balogun would have been a better choice!!! You could find 10 strikers as good as that in the Championship right now I reckon. I will piss myself laughing if we sign this nobody........alongside crying in my beer and watching re-runs of Wrighty's goals.......
What a fucking disaster our management truly are.

Remember playing Sunday morning football with your mates......on the morning of the match you'd find yourself with 9 players, so a couple of ringers would eventually be recruited (fresh out of their beds after a night out) and turn up, introduce themselves to everyone else and be told who to sign in as on the ref's card in case the league checked.
Kroenke's Arsenal are the PL equivalent of that. Couldn't muster a squad a couple of weeks ago for the NLT, and loaning out/selling players.
Absolutely embarrassing
Hate to think what our bench is going to look like for the remainder of the season

If we went for anyone else, I thought we may go for the Czech - Patrick Schick at Leverkusen, he looked decent at the Euros if I remember rightly. 6ft 3", 18 goals in 17 matches in the Bundesliga this season. 26 yo so coming into his prime. About 40m?
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
So let me get this straight.
We're going into the last 4 months of the season with two strikers - Lacazette and Nketiah
Between them they've scored 2 PL goals from open play all season - a late goal from the bench to rescue a point against Palace in October, and Laca's other goal vs Southampton the week before Christmas.
And nobody at the club thinks that's a problem? Okayyyyyyyy

Alebiousu, Biereth, Oulad-M'hand, Hutchinson and Patino were on the bench for Burnley and that was before we binned off half the squadSteveO 35 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 31, 2022 3:17 pmRemember playing Sunday morning football with your mates......on the morning of the match you'd find yourself with 9 players, so a couple of ringers would eventually be recruited (fresh out of their beds after a night out) and turn up, introduce themselves to everyone else and be told who to sign in as on the ref's card in case the league checked.

Kroenke pleased that the LA rams are in the super bowl final I suppose.
He isn’t so bothered about his other franchises.

We are registering Gunnersaurus as we speak.
Sonic and Tails from the 2001/2002 season are looking likely too.

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Wilshere surely going to be announced as our new signing any time soon.....
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
15.35 - According to David Ornstein, Aubameyang's move to Barcelona is OFF. He is now returning to London, unless Barcelona find 'major money', which, of course, they don't have.
from Arseblog.
All I can say is LOL. Watch Arteta freeze him out for the season like the dumb plank that he is.

Not sure there’s any point with judging the window until after it’s closed. Aubameyang hasn’t gone anywhere yet and late signings do happen so this assumption that we only have Eddie and Laca might not be the case. My money is on Auba returning to the squad and playing dogshit until he leaves on loan in the summer
