Now that Clive has had his one "good" game (not sent off, only one stupid booking, no penno conceded, a couple of passes on target, one clearance) I fully expect him to cost us the three points in this one.

The real question is what act of complete fucktardery will he commit? Unnecessary penno conceded with a stupid lunge? Penno from stupid shirt pull? Stupidly pointlessly dragging a player down even though there's cover on goal? Two yellows for cowardly chopping through someone's ankles from behind on the halfway line when under no pressure or in any danger? Or will it be his old classic routine of being caught slowing down our own breaking attack and weakly conceding posession that leads to an oppo goal? Ooh the possibilities are almost endless!!
We should introduce one of those half time lucky draw events where you print the next Clive offence on the back of the programme and invite the lucky winner to come down and be presented with their prize by him, and shake him firmly by the throat

Hoping to get the programme with "mindless kick in the guts when clean through on goal" lucky entry

I'll be after the collectors issue that has "wildly kicks out in one direction whilst looking in the other, takes out oppo player clean through on goal, then falls over and grabs the ball before getting up and smiling at the ref and patting everyone on the back because he's 'a nice guy'." :-P
XhakaBingo……the pointless pullback, number 6……the needless penalty, number 24……let’s make a game of it,probably more interesting than some of the games over the last 3 years
Xhakacunt :banghead:
I think I’m going to start putting in bets on an Arsenal player being booked for time wasting or being sent off, be like printing money 💴
Exactly! If the refs are making a profit why shouldn't we!???

Jonathan Moss will take charge of Arsenal vs. Brentford. Lee Mason is on VAR.

Really hope Tomiyasu plays. The normal back with Ramsdale in goal and we should really fancy a clean sheet.

ESR gets his chance & Lacazette really owes us a goal. In the race for 4th you need to win these games. the 0-0 against Burnley is in the rear view mirror after the win at wolves, but you cant make the same mistake again.

Spurs away to City so a strong chance we go 6 points ahead of them. they will be at our mercy at 6 points in arrears

If tomi is fit, team selection will be easy, Saka will get a chance on the left

Ramsdale

Tomiyasu White Gabriel Tierney

Partey Xhaka

ESR Odegaard Saka

Lacazette

ESR will play on the left , he's played there most his career plus Saka is better on the right IMO

I am concerned about Emile's fitness though , I would have thought his injury had healed now.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Pepe started. Not convinced Smith Rowe is wholly fit and Pepe is a flat track bully to some degree, so the sort of game he may be productive. Smith Rowe will be needed for Wolves game. Also probably will start Cedric at right back rather than have Tomiyasu straight back from injury.

Whilst I don't doubt our capacity to fuck anything up, especially with Calamity Clive on the pitch, I predict citeh will do the scum at least 3 or 4 nil. Take it to the bank buddy. :D 8)

didnt you say that about the CL QF  when they bribed the var to cancel about 9 city goals.

that CL run took years off my life. had to go for a walk for final to avoid it, but half way down the road before getting into the fields having set off just before kick off a heard a big cheer from one of the gardens. assumed as in Essex it would have meant scum goal (naive of me given all the glory hunters down here)...dared check my phone at half time...still makes me anxious thinking about it!!

We've ALL been there on so many occasions buddy! Ohhh! Yesss! That feeling like watching a 90 minute Car Crash that you REALLY do not want to be a witness to.
