Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Take the draw and run.

The victims were a fucking disgrace tonight, snail paced lethargic football devoid of creativity with their only game plan being whip in crosses to nobody in particular. Crowd were also pathetic, like a fucking morgue in there.

The scum have one tactic, everyone behind the ball and then hoof it up to the front 2 and see what happens.

That was horrible to watch. Reminded me of the scum v Citeh game where scum snatched a late winner as Citeh piled forward.

Really thought scum had snatched a winner in stoppage time. Heart in mouth stuff.

As Rodders said, take the draw and run.

The scum drop points and hopefully the end of the victim's quadruple... best of both worlds.

Yeah, the two of them tried so hard to achieve their silly little ambitions. Shhh, little ones, back to sleep, now.

That would have been a disaster if Spurs had won. The NLD will be on a knifes edge. So we need to win today to give us some margin for error in the NLD. Because that away game against Newcastle looks tough, where as Spurs have Burnley at home and Norwich away following the NLD.

Perfect result and I had £5 double with Brighton :barscarf:
Now come on Arsenal don't fuck this up and we could celebrate St Totteringhams day at their shithole!

Alexander Arnold slinging 400 aimless crosses that were landing 5 rows into the kop, grim times.

Yeah, he reminded me of Cedric

Salah and especially Mane were poor but Luiz Diaz looks a superb player though and has hit the ground running.

Also a bad day for my wish to see Everton relegated, terrible result at home for Burnely and just checked to see who Everton are playing today and see that it’s Brenda’s fucking bottle jobs.

Guaranteed 3 points :suicide:

I'd 100% rather see dirty Leeds go down. 8)

Fuck that.

Thing is if dirty Leeds don’t go this season then they’ll go next.

This could be the only chance I’ll get to see those other c.unts relegated ever again. I think I was only around 10 that time in the 90’s when they survived on the last day (with a home win over Wimbledon wasn’t it?) and I can still remember being absolutely fucking gutted that they stayed up. I’ve waited 30 years for another chance to see them gone and this time I want them gone.

There’s no main reason I hate the fuckers, just a multitude of small ones so now that they’re in danger I want to see them go and fucking stay gone.

Any chance Brenda won’t do a Brenda today?

Spot on.

Do this and I'll believe we're onto something good. :barscarf:

That game was as bent as fuck.I think they have a statue of Hans Segers out side Goodison. I'm like you i want Everton to go down and for us to send them down but that was an awful result for Burnley yesterday
