Pot poodle

Who the fuck is slavery chops though?!

Facking hate this game. Wake me up Friday morning from now if I could hiber ate and avoid it all. Makes me want to chunder thinking about it. Will I think follow it on here. Can't watch it and checking score at half and full time too scary on BBC. I will surely jinx it so think turn off phone watch something else on TV and follow it by comments on here best option!
I am exactly the same. It is better to be at the game than to watch it on the telly. When I do watch it I turn the sound down unless we score and if they score I turn it off for ten minutes. I have great memories of my visits to the lane of pain as I have never seen us lose there. I once managed to be in three parts of the ground in one match. Started on the shelf very drunk but being very quiet, and made my way to the Paxton where I could see Arsenal fans being taken out. Told the copper that I was an Arsenal fan, he let me out and I followed the main lot of Arsenal fans along the side of the pitch. I Stopped for Stuart Robson to take a throw-in. The main lot was getting pelted and spat at as they passed the shelf. I was dreading walking past the shelf but was completely ignored they must have run out of spit. The only dodgy part was when I was let into the Arsenal end was our lot that was fighting giving me some nasty looks wondering who I was luckily a mate further up shouted my name as I think I was about to be filled in.

Boys, some wonderful memories and great tales of near misses at the shithole. Love reading these. This is what being a Gooner is all about. It's not about soccer, it's not about "the beautiful game", it's not about bland pc obsessed SlySports.... it's fucking tribal. :box:

Never been to shite hart lane and memories of these games in person are a few and far between despite going to a few when i was in the new north bank as a kid/young teen so 0 trouble etc. to be fair all those games blur into one from that time.

My first actual memory of this game was the 91 semi a vague memory of shitness and then a more positive one in 93 semi. I was at centre parcs as a 8/9 yr old just coming out of the swimming pool changing rooms after a swim with my mum bro and cousins wearing a replica shirt and some bloke shouts donkey won the derby, upon getting back to the villa my old man pleasingly confirmed the same.

My opposite number on our neighbouring project team and scum fan is getting a bit chirpy now. Little email digs and and even had a good natured pop during this mornings video conference with our overall manager (a fellow Gooner btw).

Tbh he's a nice enough lad for a scum fan but I really hope we shit all over them even more now and I can have a bit of extra fun with him. Nice lad but still a tottnumb cùnt. :box:

WTAF? We don't need to win the NLD? Have a word with yourself ffs.

And maybe tone down the hero worship of the diving cùnt Fat Tongue. You are on an Arsenal forum mate. :x
Agree. Still a bit disappointed with what happened in 2004 when that Keane penalty went in after 90+10 minutes to give the scum an undeserved draw. Sure Arsenal won the league, but not beating the scum that day was upsetting.
Absolutely. I think we have a lot of fans nowadays that have never been to an NLD, and worse an NLD at the Swamp, and they do not get what it means. When I lived in London in the early nineties everyone in NL was obsessed with any upcoming NLD both before and after the games!

You dont think the fact a draw does wonders for our CL hopes and almost spells the end for Spurs to be a factor in the tactics of the game? Surely if there where 5 minutes to go and Spurs score don the counter attack that would constitute tactical malfeasance

Use the league position to our advantage. This is a battle within a war.

Ramsdale

White Holding Gabriel Tomiyasu

Elneny Xhaka

Saka Odegaard Martinelli

Nketiah

White to play as a proper fullback and watch Son. Xhaka so play as a second defensive midfielder and not a number 8.

Spurs attack is genuinely 60% Kane and Son on the counter. They cant break down team for shit. And they know we are ready to pounce every time the turn the ball over.

Please, keep Tavares away from this game. Im sure Arteta will, but if he doesn't, its really alarming

Yup! Irish lad who works in the outreach team is a scum fan, otherwise we would get along like a house on fire.... For the past few seasons he's been giving it LARGE how "The power in North London has shifted and how the scum are the better team/club/ ground etc"

So it is "Vital" that we do not lose, which means we can finish above the cun.ts and even better if we can rape the fuckers ... Oh! The Banter that would follow till the teams next meet!

People know my feelings about being in the Champions League - pointless exercise, not my money, didn't make us any more attractive to players joining or staying for 10 years+, never going to win it. I'd rather us be in the Europa League for at least one season to be honest, and if it was any other team that we were playing a head to head with, I don't think I'd be that fussed. Win and its a nice bonus, lose and effectively we get what I think is best for the club in the medium to long term

However - and it's a big however - it's these fucking c.unts and their manager has proved to be an odious prick with a 'spit the dummy' attitude, their main striker and his cheating pal are coming into the peaks of their careers, and the ground has been built with CL football in mind. For all those reasons I sincerely hope we do it - manager leave, Kane leave, Son leave, unable to service the debt on the ground, cut budget, go back to being mid table shite.

So my 'nerves' if there are any, are far more weighted towards ruining them than it is some sort of 5 year dream for us. Getting better in the league and giving some promising youth 20 odd games a season will be better than the short term reward of CL money and getting humped by Bayern, PSG, Liverpool or whoever eventually gives us a good dicking.

Anyway, lets hope the Italian lunatic is crying to the cameras about being the problem and if the club wants to get rid of him, so be it. The window licker can take his trailing tongue off to pastures new and the swamp dwellers can play out their next few years admiring their lovely new beer taps in a half empty stadium

Mate you've seen how fragile and inconsistent this team is. Leaving aside my psychotic loathing of the scum, the last thing I'd be doing is trying to play "clever" and looking for or settling for a draw. Especially with the walking lobotomy Clive on the pitch. Go to win or don't go.

I say this every season we play them but.. this is THE biggest game of the season. I think a draw won't be too bad of a result to come out of this but certainly a win is possible and needed.

Can't wait to visit that shitehole for the first time ever, feeling quite nervous, actually.
