Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I think it was Saka that had a goal ruled out this season for that shit and I remember going to fucking town on that stupid rule on here at the time.

If a goalkeeper goes for a wander that’s his tough shit, why should he get an advantage of requiring 2 defenders to be between him and the goal if there’s an attacker behind him? It’s an absolute bollocks of a rule and should be done away with :banghead:

I still don't really give a fuck about who they are but that Opta lot seem to have a statistic for most things in football. Do they have one about the bindipping murderers being the only team to get two European finals delayed through their own fans behaviour?

Fitness levels of these Liverpool players is astonishing, playing at 100miles per hour........and their relentless pressing on top of that. Think back to Saka and ESR huffing and puffing after three games in 2 weeks.

Yeah, where they beat the spuds and got turn over by Madrid, I don’t think a decent game against spurs makes him a world beater.

Martinelli against Brighton. The rule needs to exclude the keeper because actually he's irrelevant when it comes to the offside trap. They need to make the law state that it's the last outfield player or the last player in the event of the goalkeeper being upfield for one of those fucking stupid "keeper coming up" moments which have only been funny once That was when red nose racist ruptured his hamstring trying to foul Bergkamp in 1998.

Weren't Leicester on that in 2016 and about to be exposed before the whole investigation got shut down?
