Understand Cedric Soares’ omission from Arsenal’s pre-season trip to the US was a technical decision by Mikel Arteta.

He’s not close to a move away but situation expected to develop in coming weeks. 🇵🇹 #AFC
Might be best to keep hold of him in case Timber, White and Tomiyasu all get injured at the same time!

Nah, hopefully we offload him soon. We won’t get much for him but there’s no point for him to stick around for either the club or the player (other than his no doubt huge wages)

We could offer 200 million but there’s no way on earth that Levy would sell him to us. The scum fans would burn the new stadium down.
Levy is one tight cùnt that will probably sell to us if we offered 150m. Whether Kane moves, it's another question and my guess is why not. In that team he will rival Haaland for goals and probably bags himself quite a few trophies.

He's one of the most clinical strikers with amazing passing ability; walks into any team's XI in world football. City would probably field 2 ST if they could.

- Inter ready to make €40m offer for Folarin Balogun (w/ the excellent @fraporzio95)
- Arsenal unlikely to rush their response with PL suitors in the mix
- Nicolas Pepe approached by Saudi club, significant difference in wage expectations between parties

I'll bet there is. The Arabs are probably offering a tenner a week and a free amphetamine injection just before kick off. He, no doubt, mistakenly believes he's worth more. Hard to think of a more embarrassing signing we've made, given the huge fee we paid.

Pepe has got to be the biggest flop in the Premier League era.

At the moment Mykhailo Mudryk has to be a close 2nd.

Tbf mudryk has only been in the league for 5 months, and he walked into an absolute shitfest - you cant compare the two cases

🚨 @skysports_sheth on Arsenal: “I’ve just been told to keep an eye on the attacking right-side of the pitch. They tried to sign Raphinha [last summer], they’re also interested in Moussa Diaby. It would require a few departures & money to be recouped.”

🚨| There is A LOT of interest in Thomas Partey. 🇬🇭

If Arsenal receive a suitable offer they will allow him to leave. 💰

The gunners have already started doing due diligence on potential replacements should it be needed.

At the moment we have saka, martinelli, trossard, smith-rowe, nelson and marquinos to play on the wings (plus jesus) - what the absolute fcuk do we want to be buying another winger for ????? Clueless management if we do buy another winger ahead of a number 9

My sentiments exactly. We don't need wingers or number 10s.

We need a goalscoring centre forward...,which isn't gonna happen, because Arteta doesn't seem interested in that approach, but likes the false 9 idea  ....but even more importantly in my opinion, we need another central midfielder, whether Partey goes or not (and I hope he goes).
