I think they’re still smarting from the fact that even though they won the quadruple last season we still managed to finish 20 points ahead of them in the league.

Never seen behaviour like it in a friendly in my life. Kicking everything in sight, screaming at the referee all game, manager acting the c.unt in the sideline having to be dragged away from the officials.

It’s a friendly so losing is no biggie, but the manner of it pisses me off hugely - I still believe than until we show that we can and will physically stand up for ourselves on the pitch, teams will continue to kick us off the park whether it be a friendly or a cup final. We can’t complain or alter how opposition teams treat friendly games, but imo we need to be willing to approach the game as though it is a friendly, but adapt if other team are treating it as a free shot at our players.

No doubt some fans will say that we shouldn’t slate players on back of a friendly game, but deep down most will admit that nketieh’s performance showed again that he isn’t good enough, and I will argue if previous history allows us to judge him, then it should also allow us to suggest that 3 years of shit at the chavs doesn’t look like it is going to change after joining us for havertz

Anyone that saw the Rice and Timber welcome to the squad video would see Vieira acting like he was some sort of integral squad member. Banter aplenty. Uber confidence. Once they sorted out Saka and Martinelli after about 15 minutes it was one way only . Please I dont care what we get for him, just sell Vieira .If Jesus doesnt want to be a centre forward and put himself about in their box then get someone who does .
So many things to worry about , both their goals were our mistakes and we never looked like getting one back .
