My letter to Fulham (awaiting response)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Any club that has blokes selling Krispy Kreme donuts walking about the away end has gone beyond football...

You'd have to buy it on someone else's Arsenal card

THE RESPOSE FROM THEM BARCLAYS BANKERS

Thank you for your email.

We understand that you are disappointed by the prices of the Arsenal game this season.

Ticket prices for home and away supporters in comparable accommodation must be set at the same price and for the remaining grade A+ games of the season, Arsenal ticket prices start at £48. As a general rule prices are set according to demand, in the case of the Arsenal game the demand is great from our home support and the price is set accordingly.

We do try to keep our match prices competitive, with our junior tickets being amongst the cheapest in the League; however I appreciate that as a supporter of one of the top sides in the Premier League the prices can be high when travelling away. Whilst we understand your frustration, I am sure you can appreciate that the Club needs to increase the ticket price for premium fixtures in order to be accessible and to offer great value to families for the less popular matches.

We are sorry that you are disappointed by the prices for the Arsenal game. Your comments have been noted and passed to the Department Managers concerned.

Kind regards,

Think that's very good of them, couldn't see you ever getting a response from Arsenal. They do have a point with the age brackets as well. Fulham do a lot more for their fans than we ever will
