As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
We look nervous, without ideas and lacklustre. I do think our stumbling block against City is because the two team's way of playing is VERY similar. Obviously counter-productive because you a) don't have the quality on each position and b) the master you try imitate comes up with different variations to the game that will leave you confused.
Thought they were supposed to let play continue not flag in an attacking position. White not even allowed to get a cross in.
It wasn't off-side either.
This is their reaction to the VAR mess that they've created. They've got together in the week as they always do and decided to make sure there are no controversial decisions by flagging for offsides so they can't happen. There's always a knee-jerk, cowardly, snide response from them. Years ago, when they got stick for dodgy red cards, they then didn't book players for horrendous tackles early on so they didn't have to make a decision later on. Always finding a way to protect themselves, the cúnts.
