Don't give this prick another penny to waste on players

Partey, White, Havertz, Vieira and Zinchenko have lightened his fucking pocket to the tune of well over 200 million and look where that got us

Get rid of the manager. Lens and West Ham have taught us there's no change in mentality , as did the end of last season

Any money invested with this chump is a waste of time now
When you look at that fivesome of shite it beggars belief  I wouldn't give the fannybulge another penny either.

He has spent almost £700m in his time as manager, and still the best and most important players in the teams are players that signed before he was appointed manager (saliba, saka and martinelli) - that is as damning a statistic as you will ever see. A lot of fans (inc you and me Steve O) bemoan the lack of leaders in the team but that is no coincidence imo - any of the players with leadership potential like tierney and sokratis were frozen out by el basque because in his eyes there should only be one voice and that is his :censored: :censored: :censored:

ESR out for several weeks with a knee injury.

Time to get rid, just like Tierney, he's a very good player but he can't stay fit for more than 2 weeks. If we can get 40m+ it will be very good business.

Arthur Vermeeran

Arthur Vermeeren will be Arsenal's first signing in the winter transfer window. The Gunners are reportedly 'closing in' on the deal involving Royal Antwerp midfielder. Understand the Gunners have beaten Barcelona to secure the service of the 18-yo compared to football greats like Iniesta and Xavi. #AFC🔴 [ Red_London21 ] #arsenalfanaticsnews

Never heard of him, and at 18 unlikely to be a difference maker this season in the heart of midfield

Proof if any was needed that we are now into full Wemger mode. In crisis? Lacking leadership? Losing the physical battle consistently? I know, I'll sign another streak of piss kid that's played half a dozen games in a tin pot league

When we scrape the top 4 or even finish it outside and look up at Watkins, Nunez/Salah, Haaland/Alvarez, Son etc and their contributions as strikers and Eddie has scored.8 goals all season (all at home to shite clubs) he will probably still sign more wingers and flaky midfielders

You’re forgetting extending eddies contract again as a reward for those 8 goals.
Unless of course they make a prequel to the wire in which Eddie is needed as a younger marlo Stanfield. That’s our only hope of offloading the feather though

🚨 || Arsenal have changed their priority to a Midfielder this upcoming window, due to Thomas Partey having a very long injury lay-off. Real Sociedad’s Martín Zubimendi is the prime target according to sources [Via - @KayaKaynak97].

BBC:

Arsenal have made Aston Villa's 25-year-old Brazil midfielder Douglas Luiz a primary target in January.

The Gunners wanted to offload Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey, 30, but his thigh injury means he may remain with the club beyond the winter transfer window

Arsenal won't be signing anyone in the January window unless they can do something about FFP.
We spent £200m in the summer and only recouped £60m.
We might get a few quid for ESR but that still leaves us short of funds to buy anyone of established consequence.

Can anyone think of where we could've saved let's say £65m which could've been used for a striker / winger?
