Serves them right. Yes, Man Cheaty and the Chavs have been at it for years and will hopefully get dealt with in time but this lot have been an absolute fucking mess of a club for years, scraping their way to survival time and again at the expense of others. They should have had these points taken off last season but as always, the Premier League find a way to avoid making a proper, brave decision. They'll appeal and try to drag it out until later in the season in the hope that they are either safe by more than ten points or the Premier League don't want to make a decision so late that it affects others. West Ham should have been deducted points with the whole Tevez affair in 2007 and the Premier League said they didn't want to deduct points at the end of a season, so there is a precedent.
In terms of the other two clubs, if Everton are going to be docked 10 points for 19m quid, what the fucking hell is a suitable punishment for years on end of fraud and financial dishonesty?
