🚨 Arteta has been warned about his future behavior following his comments after the Newcastle game . Referee Stuart Attwell gave a written glowing reference on Mikel and his overall professionalism. Attwell has also stated that given reflection and hindsight

he would have given a foul and/offside if he was sent to the monitor on the day
. He also stated that at match speed he did not believe it was a foul.

Mikel has one more charge of bringing the game into dispute to be decided .

#arsenalfanaticsnews
And there you have it... It can Only Be Either Utter Corruption and / Or Complete Ineptitude. Either way the following has to Happen:

Webb to be dismissed along with All VAR staff AND They need to be Investigated; as in their Bank Accounts and All Financial aspects of the scummy dodgy lives.

VAR Must be Stopped / Withdrawn immediately and if it is to be re-instated... The VR Teams / People must be Totally Separate from the Live Game Officials.

Appoint Keith Hackett as Head of VAR and look to get a Board of Overseer's (preferably Ex-Players who know what they are talking about) and make it Law that All and Any Official and VAR employee is accountable for everything they do and say.

And Referee's and 4th Officials Must be Interviewed post game/s so that when questioned they give their reasons / explanations for their decisions etc in the game.

Yeah riiiiight!. :goingtobed:

Good news indeed

In the written reasons for the charge not being proven, it was revealed Arteta claimed that: "The word 'disgrace'...'has a very similar spelling and pronunciation to the Spanish 'desgracia'.

"The Spanish word has connotations of misfortune, tragedy or bad luck rather than the connotations of the English equivalent which suggest contempt, dishonour or disrespect.

Are there any Spanish words that sound similar but mean different to fat, bald, blind, cheating bastard of a referee ?

The written reasons for the Arteta decision are fascinating.

The FA effectively tried to argue that Arteta was more worthy of punishment than other managers because of his high profile. That argument was rejected by the independent commission.

So, in essence, the independent commission found that Arteta's words were absolutely valid and in-line with what the Premier League had already admitted and identified themselves, that the ball was out of play and that the FA tried knowingly charged him with comments that wouldn't be chargeable if said by another manager. Admitting then, that they targeted him deliberately and abused their authority. I fucking hope that the club takes legal action against them. If ever you wanted to know how the agenda against Arsenal works and that the FA are corrupt, this is it.

That's astonishing. We should seek legal redress.

What's the point of even watching football if they have openly admitted their bias against us

That's the way I'm feeling more and more. The obvious cheating and the absolute joy killing fucking shit that is VAR have all but destroyed modern football. I've never been less interested in the sport in an entire life of being addicted to both Arsenal and football in general. :x
