I was reading a cricket thing the other day about how the Saudis want to start investing in that to attract the Indian TV market and someone had written something along the line of "With Saudi investment there is pressure and would anyone want to be in Eddie Howe's shoes at Newcastle right now?" One of the first comments was "Wouldn't they just behead Eddie Howe" and the one after that was "Beheaddie Howe?" I haven't stopped laughing at it for about a week now.

There are more and more deluded fan bases around. Newcastle and West Ham prime examples. Perennial trophy dodgers. West Ham bucked the trend because UEFA made up a trophy for minnows and allowed 7th place to qualify from each of the big leagues. Pathetic stuff.
