I read a couple of comments that Toney twice moved the ball, therefore changed the position of the free kick to the wall.

Toney did move the ball but the Forest player at the end of the wall was shouting back at the keeper that they were short a man at the end of the wall and that the ball could be bent around him but Turner did fuck all.
