A Question for Wilson2.0

Not having a go mate, but out of the 25 signings below (by Arteta & Edu) how many would you say have been successful signings?

25) Havertz

24) Raya

23) Rice

22) Runar Alex Runarsson

21) Auston Trusty

20) Willian

19) Marquinhos

18) Albert Sambi Lokonga

17) Nuno Tavares

16) Mat Ryan

15) Jakub Kiwior

14) Fabio Vieira

13) Matt Turner

12) Pablo Mari

11) Cedric Soares

10) Jorginho

9) Takehiro Tomiyasu

8 ) Thomas Partey

7) Leandro Trossard

6) Gabriel Magalhaes

5) Ben White

4) Oleksandr Zinchenko

3) Aaron Ramsdale

2) Gabriel Jesus

1) Martin Odegaard

I count Eight. :?

Marquinhos cost 3m. Matt Turner was bought as a back up keeper, never played a league game and was sold for a profit - what's the issue?

How have we surged up the table if all his signings are shit?

Although my biggest issue if the blind faith belief replacing Arteta means we would get better. No one is willing to admit Conte if he replaced Arteta, could turn into a fuking disaster.

You don’t read what people write do you? Actually, I think you read it but choose to apply your own bad faith understanding. How many times do people have to say that replacing Arteta would be no guarantee of success. It’s always a risk.

However, keeping him is absolutely no guarantee of success. Losers settle for mediocrity. Winners realise that calculated risk is necessary. He’s had 4 years and 700 million and how much further on are we? We’ll get nowhere near the title this season and the team have clearly regressed. Worst of all, he’s got the Wenger gene and won’t admit he’s wrong.

As for him winning a league title, he might have a chance with one of the big two in Scotland, but that’s about his level.

Everyone’s asking…would you mind answering augie’s questions please?

Then name a fucking manager and stop fuking around name dropping Conte and Inzaghi.

Please answer augie's questions.

Lets bring in Poch, Poch will get the sack soon. Poch took Spurs to a CL final.

Lets sack Arteta and bring in Poch, why not? If your namedropping Conte, why not Poch?

Here is Arteta, rolling with Pep and Klopp and part of a part that three that will break away from the rest of the league, and we want him sacked for any old dickhead. He is competing with two of the greatest managers to ever grace English football, he clearly has something about him as a manager and if you cant see it you utterly thick in the head.

Stupid Teeth won one PL title and they changed the rules for him and VAR did the rest. He bottled 7 cup finals. Won a CL in a shit year when the big clubs were all pants. He is the most over rated bullshit artist in the history of the game, but the soccer fanboys worship him.  Those two trophies cost the victims £700 million.

The bald cùnt buys titles. He has never won anything without being the manager of the richest club in the game. Can't even begin to estimate the billions he has spent buying trophies.

Martinez-Lite has spent £700 million on one FA Cup. And these are the three greatest managers to ever grace English football? You are utterly clueless.

5 times we have played Liverpool and Man City this season. 5 goals conceded. Not many teams would play Man City twice and Liverpool three times and concede only 5 goals. Wasnt long ago we would concede 5 goals in a match playing wither City or Liverpool

equal best defensive record with Liverpool; I think we can go the season with the fewest goals conceded. The team actually knows what do to when it doesnt have the ball. You dont go from a team that doesn't know what do to out of possession, to a team that does know what to do, without proper coaching. The progress we have made under Arteta is clear as day. Our record against the top teams has improved significantly.

Im telling you, there will be a pay off in keeping with Arteta. And that pay off can lost a long time given he is only 41 and seems set on hanging around for the long term. If he would turn down Barcelona, he isn't leaving for anyone. Really perplexed why so many are intent to see him gone and replaced with any casual.

I used to be Arteta out (check post history). But I cant ignore the facts. Arteta is a serious manager.

Mikel Arteta praised a string of Arsenal players in his press conference after their 3-1 win over Liverpool. Kai Havertz was "unbelievable" up front. Gabriel Martinelli brought a "streetwise" edge. But his warmest words were reserved for Jorginho.

Sick of his bullshit

In all fairness Jorginho had a good game with first time passing and speeding the counter attacking.

Unbelievable in the sense that "I cant believe anyone would be dumb enough to pay £65m for this useless c.unt, pay him 300k per week, and keep picking him no matter how shit he is - that is truly unbelievable"

I despise Havertz and wish we'd never got him etc etc but to be honest he had quite a good game yesterday in the work he did for the team. he was fucking useless as a striker and it was lucky Saka was there to finish the job properly, but Havertz also got Konate sent off.

But did his performance merit an "unbelievable"?

Would Arteta have said that if he wasn't his pet project?
