Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

They have been shut down by whoever it is that is in charge of making sure that this ends without any sanctions whatsoever. If it's Government level or Premier League level, somebody or some organisation is not going to let these charges lead to a guilty verdict. I was talking to somebody involved in the law the other day and they said that when you're dealing with serious charges of any nature, the first thing any judge or magistrate or whoever looks at, is how the 'guilty' party has responded to the charge or charges. Have their played fair or have they tried to hide things and delay. Cheaty have been delaying and obfuscating and everything else for over a year now and even longer when you consider the UEFA investigations from a couple of years ago. If there is even the slightest reason to throw the fucking book at them then whoever is running this case should be doing just that. My feeling is that it won't even get that far and we'll see some rule put in to either ensure this happens in private or that "None of the charges could be discussed" in a public. Negotiations are going on somewhere with this and those negotiations are dark and dangerous and involve threats and blackmail and all sorts of shit which would make your blood run cold.

Sounds like a storyline from Line of duty which makes it more than likely true.

How is it that Tomi hasn't returned from the AFC Asian Cup thing. Must admit I haven't watched any of it but thought Japan were out. I mean we really could do with him at Left Back :?

He is back compadre and I reckon he’s nailed on to start left back Sunday.

In other news Don Unai producing an absolute disaster class against the chavs. Gonna get rinsed here.

Excellent news, don't know how match-fit he is but he has to be a better option than zinchenko.

Yeah! The Chavs are destroying Dick & the Villains... Emery always looks like he straining to take a dump, he seems to have that permanent Wincing face.

Any of the other Drogon Boyz experiencing issues? I know some people who have different IPTV packages and they’ve either completely gone down or been throttled over the last few days.

This evening is the first time I’ve watched since Sunday (when I had his issues) and every channel is now buffering like fuck. Is the dream about to end?

:(
