As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Balls all around the pitch, except where there are needed. Every goal kick today meant a little detour for Martinez to the edge of the penalty box to collect a ball from a cone which he would bring across to the other side of the goal area. Likewise no cones for balls near corner flags.

Can’t say I have cared much for the FA Cup since Man U decided they would play in the world club cup instead. It had a brief revival when it went to Cardiff, but since it has returned to the new Wembley, it has been less than memorable. Even when Arsenal won. Sorry for all the lower league and non-league clubs who can’t even aspire to get a draw to take the big boys to a replay and a big pay day.
"the FA says the move to eliminate them from an earlier stage has been made "in light of changes to the calendar driven by the expanded Uefa competitions"."
It's terrible for the smaller clubs but also for us fans of the greatest cup competition in any sport anywhere ever.
It makes me sad and angry.
For me the FA cup is still my favourite competition. The run of 3 FA cups in 78, 79 & 80 cemented my love of Arsenal as a kid and also the competition itself.
Probably helps that The Arsenal are the greatest side in the history of the worlds greatest football cup competition
Not really that fussed to be fair. Replays have been a fucking pain for years and most decent teams put out a weakened team just to get the game out of the way. There's also the fact that games can be decided on the day and that does add some sort of extra interest into them.
