Understand that rival clubs believe #AFC are now in pole position to sign the striker, should they choose to formalise their interest.

Like I have continually said, the cone boy wont bring in a top quality striker cos of (a) his allegiance to jesus and (b) he undervalues the position just like pep did up until they signed haaland. Without doubt aguero was a world class striker throughout his career but pep never valued him or the concept of having a proper quality goalscorer (and remember arteta was there throughout that time), and it seems to be an ethos that the cone boy has brought with him to AFC.
