ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
From what i have seen of Toney think he leads the line well and would give us some physical prescence and firepower upfront....
the fans would take to him straight away

I like him as a player but my oldest despises him so I will laff my nuts off if this deal happens

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Have to say, Ruiz was superb at the euros and if he could play like that for us, it would suit our style of play brilliantly.

Just depends on whether his character etc ; which some have referred to as being like Aubamayeng, if that's true keep him the fuck away from AFC, if not true then 100% sign him up (If not too much Wonga) Or offer one of our dead wood as part of the deal.
If we could sign Fabián Ruiz that would be one excellent signing... Plenty of experience, but still young enough, not injury prone and has "Skills".

Not sure about Toney. All I'd say is that he'd be a better option than we currently have up front, but that's a very low bar. I'd like to think we could do better and sign a really top level CF, but I know that won't happen. Mind you. as I said a few weeks ago on the Euros thread, there doesn't seem to be any truly top level strikers out there.
As for Ruiz, I've only seen him in the Euros, where he acquitted himself well. Still don't think I've seen enough to make a proper judgement. You can see certain players once or twice and instinctively know, but I didn't get that "must sign him now!" feeling about Ruiz. That said, I've seen enough to know he's better than we have and wouldn't complain if we signed him.

Rumours circulating that a number of clubs have contacted AFC enquiring about the availability of the portugese pussy, but AFC HAVE KNOCKED BACK ALL ENQUIRES
I'd happily swap the useless c.unt for the price of a happy meal, and yet the cone boy continues to believe in him whilst bombing out the likes of smith-rowe - honestly the cone boy is clueless and on the cusp of making two almighty fcuk ups

I’d sooner have ESR drinking like Merson and eating a happy meal each day than the Portuguese pussy.

That's made me laugh and it's hard to even pretend that it isn't almost all entirely true.OneBardGooner wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 1:48 pmJust read what he said and fuck me he obviously doesn't realise just how he was viewed as being either fucktard lazy, or off his quonch on Khat....Or Both!Perryashburtongroves wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 1:10 pmArsenal fans judged price tag, not my football - Pepe

Just saw his face pop up in an Arsenal shirt and it sent me into a cold sweat. Thought we'd bought him again.
" Despite his disappointing time at Emirates Stadium, Pepe says he is grateful for how his 2023 exit was handled in north London and that he still "respects" manager Mikel Arteta.
"They helped me when leaving,
If it had been me I'd have just kicked you out of the door and let you find your own way to the nearest taxi...
which wasn't easy because I was injured, so my recovery wasn't easy... they helped me find a club quickly," he explained. "So, I definitely left the club on good terms.
Didn't know Laziness was an injury![]()
"I have always had a great relationship with Arteta. It's just that he didn't have full confidence in me, which is a shame.
Maybe because you were fucking Lazy and didn't put in the effort
"He put together a winning team, and sadly, I wasn't in that player turnover. But he's someone I respect, and I know he respects me too. And I wish him all the best."
Pepe now feels the difficult time will make him mentally stronger.
"With the pressure I went through at Arsenal, I'm in a pretty good headspace now," he said.
You dozey fucker, you looked like an extra from 'The Walking Dead' who was on Ganja!![]()
It's true he wasn't responsible for the £72million price tag, but he didn't even fucking "Try"!!!
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
The 'portugese pussy' scored a good goal against Bournemouth.
If he could do that on a regular basis it'd be something.
Still think we'd be better off getting rid.

Riccardo Calafiori expected to fly into London today for Arsenal medical. All being well, he will then join up with squad on tour of the USA. Emile Smith Rowe still in the States waiting on full agreement with Fulham before being allowed to fly to London for medical. #AFC #FFC
