Agreed. All I'd add is that if we don't add the top level striker we need and also a quality centre mid, then I doubt we'll finish close to City. In fact, we may well be in a fight for top 4.
If Utd, the scum and the chavs all step up and Slot keeps things going at Liverpool, then we'll have a fight on our hands. As it stands, I don't see us signing the proven striker that we need.

I can't work out why he has a problem with Kiwior. I thought he did ok when he came in last season and certainly didn't let us down, yet it looks like Arteta wants to get rid of him, but is happy to keep the dross that has definitely let us down on numerous occasions.

100% True....(*) he got done for pace and made his usual blunder that allowed them to get in a position to score their 2nd.... The C.unt is just an utter liability, so much so that (yes I know..... I know) that if given the choice I keep the (useless) feather and get shot of the useless cuntslop that is slugchenko.

I can't work out why he has a problem with Kiwior. I thought he did ok when he came in last season and certainly didn't let us down, yet it looks like Arteta wants to get rid of him, but is happy to keep the dross that has definitely let us down on numerous occasions.

Kiwior doesn't have pace... we knew that from the start and due to his lack of Starts his confidence, decision making and passing wasn't great, BUT he rarely let the oppo's wingers etc get past him even if it meant kicking them .... And the more starts and game time he got last season the better he played to the point where he was pushing forward and contributing to the high press and the attacks...Unlike Slugchenko
Always a shame to lose any match no matter if it's pre-season or not. Granted it's unimportant in the scheme of things but still a disappointment.
