Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman has been offered to Arsenal, talkSPORT understands.

Bayern are keen to get Coman off their wage bill and Arsenal would consider bringing in another wide player before the transfer deadline on Friday. [@alex_crook]

The Emi Martinez fan boy claxon has been sounded (days after he fucked one in against us)

The force is strong with this one sir!

AWOOOOOOO GAAAAAAA

Fair enough Rodders, he fucked up with our 2nd goal, but all keepers fuck up and ours have been particularly good at it.

Couple of genuine question here….do you think he’s a better keeper than Leno, Ramsdale and Raya?
Do you think that if we’d kept him as our number one, then we wouldn’t have been through the goalkeeping farce we’ve seen and are still seeing?

Out of curiosity, what would people think of a cheeky bid for Evan Ferguson at Brighton, I know he was injured for some of last season but hes back now, they've just spent 40m on a striker from Leeds ,which I can only presume will have pushed him further down the pecking order,Brighton have spent a shit load of money this summer and would probably hope to recoup some money.

Think I saw figures of 80/100m last Yr but surely they wouldn't get tht now, he has serious potential still young and about 6ft3.

I like Ferguson and rated him before he went to Brighton even, but I'm not confident that he will score 20+ goals a season for us - I would rather sign Joao Pedro from Brighton if I'm honest, but I would rather sign Ferguson than no-one cos I do think that he has huge potential

The Gunners have held talks with Toney’s agents CAA Stellar today (Thursday) and the player is open to the prospect of joining the North Londoners. Sources have revealed to TEAMtalk that Arsenal are ‘seriously considering’ a bid of £50m for Toney. [@FrazFletcher]

Apart from the fact that I don't believe that we'll sign a striker....he won't bench both Havertz and Jesus....if it were to happen, we need the finished article, not potential and even if we did sign Ferguson, he'd hardly ever get a start. We'd kill his career, as we've done with no end of youngsters.

I don't know much about Joao Pedro, but from bits I've seen on MOTD, I'd take a punt on him. Not that Bloom will sell anyone that he doesn't want to sell. I'm surprised that Mitoma is still there and given how we've apparently been looking at wingers, I'd happily see us buy him....especially now Neto has gone. :(

Xgtdec asks about Toney above and I can't decide on that one. He wouldn't be a preferred choice of mine, but better than nothing.

What really pisses me off is how we almost always buy youngsters, second raters or a competitor's cast offs. Why do we almost never go and buy a highly rated finished article in the way that City, the chavs, Utd and to an extent Liverpool do? Other than City, we are able to compete financially with all of them, but we almost never compete for the big name transfers. I know literally fuck all about Osimhen and there are mixed feelings on the forum, but if he is as good as some say and the chavs want him, then we wouldn't get him.

The basics of this side are in place and it's time to add those final, top quality pieces of the jigsaw, so that we can properly challenge for the big prizes, but as always, it won't happen. Drives me fucking nuts.

Oh well, any keepers we can sign?

Good post Retro. Have to agree on our signings. I'd love it if just even once we would sign the top dog in any given position, rather than "potential" or second raters or late career mercenaries....

Ferguson? Fucking hell you lot love a sick note.

The guy can’t get in the Brighton team (on the rare occasions he’s ever fit) ahead of Danny Welbeck - the guy we sold 7 years ago for not being good enough.
