Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The deck is stacked. What’s the point in even fucking trying. The most corrupt league in the world
Eventually when no punishment is given to Citeh, I think I'll be done with it all.

Embedded, institutional corruption doesn't even bother to hide it after a while. There's your evidence of where we're at. Nobody even takes this seriously any more and the depth of feeling from supporters of all the other clubs, tells you that people have had enough. A rebellion or fucking coup is needed. Pitch invasions and co-oridinated protests during games, Smashing the VAR monitors, causing deep embrassment and discomfort to the Premier League brand is the only way now. All 19 other clubs need to co-ordinate supporters against this.

Didn’t watch it, knew they’d get something (or be given something) today. It’s literally nailed on.

It’s just so boring now.

It's not just the VAR, it's the clear corruption and cheating. VAR has just made it easier for them to facilitate their corruption.

When the ref was told to go to the monitor to review the Saliba incident I knew there was only going to be one outcome.

I also knew there was only going to be one outcome today when he was called over. You never see them overrule the VAR - that is unless it’s Corruption FC.

I’m sure if it was us in that situation the referee would go over to the monitor and still award us the goal :coffeespit:

I presume that the ref didn't want to spoil the game or something and there'll be loads of excuses made for how it isn't comparable. Like how kicking the ball away isn't comparable to booking a player for kicking a ball half an inch.

What's getting on my whick (amongst other things) is the lengths they are going to, to rationale why the referee is correct...Gas lighting at its absolute finest
