Can't see anything but a Liverpool win.

Still angry over the Califiori injury, him dawdling on the ball Zinchenko style.

Totally avoidable and don't be surprised it's a lengthy one.

From one of the best defences in the league to a mish mash of bot part players, and a Chav tubster with no motivation to play for us and Toon reject from when they were awful to replace our 2 best midfielders.

Liverpool are playing as badly as us, just without the injuries. Dominated at home against Chelsea and just about scraped past Leipzig yesterday.
We will be well up for this and hopefully Timber and Saka are fit.

The thoughts of this game is depressing me all week - without Saliba we are as shaky as a bowl of jelly, and if either or both of timber and calafiori are missing then we may as well ring in sick imo. I hate these scouse c.unts and the fact that so many of my buddies support them is making me dread the abuse that will be incoming Sunday evening :banghead: :banghead: :censored: :censored: :censored:

Jota out for Liverpool. That’s one annoying tap in merchant we don’t have to worry about.

Always seems to score against us so good news thats the annoying little cûnt is injured. We'll do this lot on Sunday. Probably with 10 men.

Im not sure the rush to get Saka and Timber back will be worth it long term, They're obviously crocked and who knows whats happening or being injected behind the scenes to make them available.

Bring them back early and lose anyway you could see them out for longer.

Bring them back early and win you could see them out for longer

All bringing them back early really does is up the risk of crocking them long term as well as paper over the fact that Legohead has a painfully thin pool of players he's willing to select from.

Squads win titles....first 11's do not.

Sounds like Saka and Timber are out.....not training this morning. Arteta trying his best and usual smoke and mirrors saying 'we'll see' but it's fucking obvious they are not going to play!

Looks like the team will be something like this.....considering Artetas new love of playing three number 6's a la George Graham!

......................Raya......................

Partey..............White.........Gabriel...........Zinchenko

Sterling...........Rice...........Jorginho........Merino.......Martinelli

..........................Havertz..............................

That team will be a disaster, for me, if we want to win it has to be.....

......................Raya......................

Partey..............White.........Gabriel...........Zinchenko (there's just no-one else worth putting in)!! :banghead:

Jesus.............Rice..........Merino..........Martinelli
.................Nwaneri......................
...................................Havertz

Trossard's been shit the last two matches and should be supersub again, the rest of the subs will be kids and Kiwior!!

the thoughts of Ben White at CB, the dippers must be licking their lips. One of the most disinterested and lazy footballers on the go today......id have him blasted out of the stadium in a cannon, the only time you'll see him move at pace.

Arteta appears to not understand this.
So avoidable all of this.
1. Players should have been encouraged to pull out of the internationals or feign injury.
4x meaningless matches already this season
2. Why play a full strength side for every CL fixture ? We can qualify playing a reserve side.
3x meaningless matches in that already this season

So as a result of playing everyone in the meaningless matches we now arrive at a really important match with half the team injured!! :banghead:
This is not bad luck - it was so very predictable.
Apalling management. no wonder we never win anything.

Yes agreed....titles are won pre season with squad strengthening ....to cover the inevitable injuries...we aint prepared....we have some absolute dross in the squad

but then again we all know this......its that final step for arteta....as much as i would like him to succeed i have my doubts

If a player pulls out of international duty don't the FA send round their own medical team to assess the injury, if I'm right (rhetorical question btw) then this point is moot.

As for your last point about appalling management, go back to your flaw in point 1.

Lads you're all becoming atypical pool fans, seriously, it's been a very hard start to the season, so what, lost ONE game, honestly I'm embarrassed with some of your needy and misplaced entitled attitudes.

I don’t mind seeing the first line. We need to get Rice back to what he does best - breaking up play and controlling the game. Lidl Pep has turned him into a roaming 8 and a headless chicken and his influence on games has gone downhill.
The defence would be a patched job and we just have to hang in there. Kiwi fruit over Zinchenko and yes Trossard on the bench.
