Doesn’t blow the whistle for the original challenge in the air. Once it looks like we might score he does. Disgusting.

Apart from anything else it wasn't even a foul imo.

Would he have given us the same decision down the other end?

Ref panicked because we were about to score and that wasn't what he wanted. He's invented a free-kick and knows that blowing for it means nothing can happen. They are meant to allow play to continue if they see a goalscoring chance and let VAR deicide. He didn't want that to even be a chance, so blew for a made-up foul. Looks like he's blown for Havertz doing nothing at all then lies and pretends it's for the header which he's allowed to go a second earlier. Pure cheating from the referee. We should be asking for the audio and why he blew for a free-kick when they've been told not to. That's a referee intent on not letting us score, even down to not giving the corner at the end.

There is No Way We Were Going To Win Today with Taylor and that Lino in charge...

VARginaCUNTS took 5 minutes to Triple , Triple Check that Obviously ON-Side Goals.... They Tried EVERYTHING... Just Surpised we didn't get a Red Card for wearing a Red & White shirt.

It really does STINK

PGMOL & Webb must have a fucking Fortune going into Off-Shore accounts.

Did anyone else notice the BaldyPedoCUNT didn't blow at the time of that challenge it was only when he saw the ball going forward towards their goal THAT is when he blew...

:cussing: :cussing: :cussing:
Glad I'm not the only one who noticed it...

Would have liked for them to have spent 5 minutes drawing lines on this like they did with our goal.

I spotted it straight off but the offside law is so fucked up that a player receiving the ball after only one touch is not considered to be interfering with play

If it happens down the other end there’s no way he’s blowing the whistle. He’d do the get up hand gesture, the goal would be scored and all the talk would be about how Arsenal were soft and that you’ve got to be stronger in those challenges.

We all fucking know.

They'd have been given the penalty too if Salah was upended like Martinelli was

I don’t follow that. Would you mind explaining that with more detail please, because I’m not aware of it. These fucking rule changes drive me potty.

If a Liverpool player was upended in the penalty box at Anfield or a city player at the ethiad in the same way Martinelli was today the penalty would have been awarded before they even hit the deck.

It’s absolutely fucking exhausting watching the way we are officiated every week.

I spent my day getting pissed in Mayfair and then Southgate (the latter is far less fancy  ) so I didn’t watch a single second of it - I’m still trying to endorse my personal ban of watching the corrupt PL.

I can’t attest to anything that happened in the game, but I’ll say (yes I checked the score - it’s an addiction!) the injury crisis is fucking concerning. It’s as if having a paper thin squad and overplaying our key players is a BAD idea.

Also, Martinelli has always been a favourite of mine but….I think it’s time to admit that he might have peaked.

As the ball is played, Sarah is in an offside position.
But it is Nunez in an onside position who receives the ball.
When he quickly passes to Salah, Sarah is now onside and can score.
To me if a player scores a touch or two later, he was clearly involved in play originally and should therefore be declares offside.

He should also be declared offside as he is affecting what positions the defenders take up.
He is clearly interfering with play.

I also didn't watch it but of course had an eye on the score.

Thankfully I'm not as pissed off as I would be if I did watch it.

As you chaps know I've distanced myself a bit this season. To be honest after the past year or two I just couldn't get myself up for this season at all. There's been a lot of factors which have slowly eroded my love of the game, but none as big as the oil cheats and the ongoing saga that seemingly will never have a positive outcome. A reminder that the first batch of their 115 charges now date back 15 years to 2009.

I've watched a fraction of the games this season but just can't get myself into it. I think it was Rodders who said "you have to be perfect" to beat the oil cheats, and nobody is.....so I'm afraid the outcome of this season was already decided before a ball was kicked. I watched yesterday and for what its worth, I don't rate Liverpool in the slightest. That was an ordinary team wobbling at 2-1 down. Apparently Trent wants to be the first full back to win the Ballon d'Or. Glad he cleared that up.......I mean the full back bit, because what I saw was someone who couldn't defend if their life depended on it. VVD is a shadow of his former self, Saka had Robertson beat all ends up, Konate is a ponderous donkey. I looked at their fixtures over the next 2 months, and they'll be 10 points behind City by Xmas. Its done, finished, over - another dullard season that I can't be arsed with.

Can't hate on the team or the manager - they've tried admirably but its almost an impossible job. We lost our first away game of 2024 in mid-October and have lost once this season (with 10 men) and still we're 5 points behind. The gimpy looking freak is going to break more goal scoring records to add to all the other oil cheat records. All this from a team who 25 years ago were celebrating beating Gillingham on penalties in a League One play off final, and have spent most of my 50 year+ lifetime as a yo-yo club in much the way Chelsea were before their joke of a pimped up club bought success too

There's no end to the cycle so my days are now limited to watching occasional big matches like yesterday - more out of the fact that my loathing of the scouse c.unts is almost up there with the vermin.
I hope Bobby Pires 7 is still posting on here because I owe that fella the biggest round of beers ever if City do get the book thrown at them as he suggested most of last season - wish it was true but have no faith at all in the corrupt c.unts who have ruined the game permanently.

I couldn't and still can't work out what the plan was during the second half once Gabriel went off. He sticks Kiwior on and then do we have so little confidence in him that we have to sit back for the rest of the game? There just didn't seem to be a clear idea of how to change the momentum and put them under some pressure. It all felt very much like we'd gone back to any afternoon between about 2009 and 2018.
It also again highlighted the absolutely vital need to get someone in who can either put half-chances away, make a run into the box or hold the fucking thing up. Eleven v eleven, at home, there's no excuse for the confused lack of ambition for the last half an hour.
