Re: VAR
Fucking VAR responsible for getting Ten Hag the sack too. Another reason to detest it.

Now that I definitely agree with! Black armbands today for the sacking of this hero!Perryashburtongroves wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 1:17 pmFucking VAR responsible for getting Ten Hag the sack too. Another reason to detest it.

Re: VAR
Put this in the match thread but actually meant to post it here -
Imagine in some alternate universe that same match was played in Anfield and an Arsenal player kicked out twice at one of their lot like Van Dijk did, one of their players was wiped out in the box like Martinelli was, Arsenal delayed the restart twice by kicking the ball away and Liverpool scored the late goal do you think the referee/VAR would have made the exact same decisions that they did last Sunday?
Nah me neither.

Re: VAR
Also in the first half of the Brighton game one of their players booted it away when it went out for a throw. Nothing doing.
Declan Rice then gets sent off in the second half in what will be the most pathetic dismissal you’ll see all season with the referee saying you’ve given me no choice
Twice first half Sunday Liverpool kicked the ball away after they fouled us. Nothing. Jasper said the ball wasn’t set to justify it, stop gaslighting me you fucking vermin piece of shit.
Second half Taylor can’t wait to get the yellow card out for Raya.
When you have ongoing evidence of the same offences in the same games being dealt with differently you’ve clear examples of at the very least referee bias on one end of the scale or outright corruption/cheating on the other.
I’ve seen enough to know what I think is going on.

Re: VAR
You would think Arsenal would have someone documenting all the various incidents regarding dodgy var and ref calls, compiling them ,and comparing them to how we get players booked for certain incidents and other clubs don't get done for the stuff we do.
Put them all on a floppy disk
and at the end of the season ,send them to the PL/Pmogl and ask could they explain it.Its interesting too that most of the pundits all seem to agree with the refs/Var when it comes to Arsenal.

Re: VAR
Because it’s fucking soul destroying to have to sit through it every week. It’s fucking exhausting. It’s hard enough to compete in this league without what appears to be a clear vendetta against the team. Just give us a level playing field and let us get on with it. I’ll play the opposition all fucking day for you but I cannot compete against the officials.
Michael Oliver let Kovacic away with a shocker on Odegaard last season. 3 minutes later he flies into Rice and he lets that slide too.
12 months later the same referee in the same fucking fixture is sending off Trossard for kicking the ball away.
Game’s bent.

I've said the same thing on here Mc. It would be easy to compile a video of the incidents, submit the evidence and ask for an explanation, but for some reason, the club don't appear to be willing to question the chronic inconsistencies of which we're overwhelmingly on the wrong end. Doesn't make any sense.

Re: VAR
Exactly Retro, every thing in the game is analysed to death (dont get me started on xg goals )so all the data/evidence is readily available just wondering are the club not doing it in case they think they could make things worse in the long term.
Re: VAR
Nunez kicking the ball away was a clear delaying the restart offence, whether we were set or not. Taylor refereed the game as if we were the away side and we almost certainly would’ve lost if Liverpool were at home. A penalty would’ve been given for Konate’s sliding tackle on Martinelli and our ‘third goal’ would’ve been allowed like Newcastle’s goal against us last season.

Re: VAR
Two occasions this season a dipper player has booted the ball away and the ref has done nothing. It's then been defended by the refs and media and an excuse found for not booking them. They have both been exactly identical to incidents which led to Arsenal players being booked which, according to the refs and media were all warranted by the 'letter of the law'. Cheaty player kicks the ball away, nothing. We do it, booked and sent off. Bournemouth player does it, nothing. Brighton player does it, nothing. Leicester and Southampton keepers time wasting, nothing. Raya booked for taking a few seconds. There is a concerted campaign against us. There is no other evidence to argue otherwise.General wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 10:58 amNunez kicking the ball away was a clear delaying the restart offence, whether we were set or not.
