1-0 to us.An early Gabriel goal from a corner followed by 80 minutes of parking the old Routemaster.

3-0 defeat incoming.

I've been super positive this season but our form is horrific and Ode isn't ready to play so our creativity is going to be zero unless Saka has an unbelievable game (but Cucarella often has him in his pocket).
I think things are going to be bad for a while yet, the team is massively unbalanced with some players being so off form (Trossard and Martinelli for instance are shocking at the moment).

Here's a novel idea, let's just try and attack for once. Have a pop from 30 yards every now and again. You don't have to control the ball every time sometimes a one touch through ball is enough. And to Martinelli whatever your instinct is to do, do the exact opposite :D

We haven’t lost there for years partly because they have a small pitch which creates an end to end game. You’re never out even at 2-0 down as we found out last season.

Maybe, though he probably won't. Depending on how the game is going he may get more than just 10 minutes :? He's definitely more of a threat than Martinelli and Trossard ....at least till they get through their 'Blip'.

Temu Pep keeps doing the same thing and expects a different result - Knock it out wide to Saka and Martinelli, let them run at the fullbacks whilst double teamed, attack comes to nothing, rinse and repeat. Nwaneri attacks central areas and this is more disruptive for the opposition but as you say he’ll be lucky to get 10mins.

Will Gabriel score a header from a corner and we win 1-0

Will we concede a soft penalty and lose 1-0

Will it be 0-0

Arteta on Havertz and Merino:
We will have to wait to see how they react. Kai had a nasty cut so we had to take him off. With Mikel he wasn’t feeling great the day before so we had to sub him at half time.

Arteta on Declan Rice's broken toe and if he can face Chelsea: "I have to be vague on that one because there is no clarity. He hasn't trained yet and it is not clear whether he is going to be available or not to play."

Fucking soft bitch. I've played with a broken toe. Just tape the bastard up and get on with it!

Fucking soft bitch modern fooblers.

My mate James once wanted to play on after a clash of heads split his upper eye lid wide open. He could literally close that eye and look through the wound at you. We could see his eyeball through his fucking eyelid! We are were all like "nah maybe go get that stitched buddy".

Get him to play tomorrow and then he can recover during those internationals that just leech off proper football. Same with Saka, play tomorrow and Monday morning, declare him injured.
