I suppose like I said earlier they do wobble like this in the first half of almost every season but always win it in the end. They’ve lost 2 league games so far this season, last year they’d lost 3 by Christmas but they just flick a switch in the new year and win every single week.

They’re not really doing anything different here than normally happens. They lost back to back games against Wolves and us around this time last year too.

The difference this season is there is no Rodri, they can’t keep key players fit and defensively look all over the show. This is not a replay of previous scripts, they look imbalanced and rumour has it might be Pep’s last season and this may be having the Klopp effect. They may recover but I doubt they have the capacity this time around to go on a 17/18 game winning run and streak clear of everyone towards the title.
