Yep. We haven't got the squad or type of mentality to make up that difference. We're not Manure of the 90s or our team from 1998 with absolute winners across the board. We'll make up perhaps five of those points between now and May but that's it. If you're 10 points off the pace, you win that today because you need to and you find a way to do it. We'll need to drop no more than about six-eight points between now and May and that's not going to happen.

Going to try and be a bit positive and say it was a much better performance than the past few weeks.

Shows how irreplaceable Odegaard is to us, just slotted effortlessly back in and we looked a much more dangerous team.

Haven’t read the match day posts on here, so apologies if I repeat what’s been said.

Hard to believe it’s that same side as last season. Last term we sacrificed some of the attacking verve from the season before, in order to tighten up at the back. The balance was about right…although we were obviously still lacking a top quality striker.

This season we’ve become ultra cautious and too slow and ponderous in our build up and centre mid lacking completely in creativity. Above all else, still making it clear how short we are up front, with no genuine goal threat.

I said a while ago that we’d be in a scrap for top four and that looks very likely. Nowhere near good enough to win the league and already too far off the pace. Ironic that in the season City are stumbling, we are fucking up more so and handing the opportunity to the scousers.

Again, said it a few weeks back, but most managers have a shelf life and Arteta peaked last year.
