I have never gone along with the nonsense that we are being deliberately screwed over by pgmol - I think there are probably a few corrupt/bias referee's like they is in every profession, but the rest are just incompetent rather than corrupt. Its ironic that people wanted var to weed our corruption and incompetence, but if anything it has actually given them more protection to balls up the big decisions cos the blame is being divided now

I'm sure you're right mate. What I find very suspicious is that when applying to PGMOL, refs have a questionnaire they have to answer and one of the questions is 'Who did you/do you support', which obviously influences who you should referee.

In 2022, out of 21 referees, 17 of them had claimed they supported lower league/non league teams when becoming a ref! What's the chances of that? 21 random football loving guys and 81% don't support a PL team!

I say BULLSHIT!! I reckon at least three quarters of the current PL refs support PL teams and they will automatically dislike certain PL teams. Corruption.

They know that by claiming they support a lower league or non-league team, they have more chance of career progression. If you said a Premier League team, you'd either be stuck in the lower leagues for years or you'd look like you weren't a 'real' football supporter and just wanted to get involved in the top flight. They're all a bunch of lying, attention-seeking bastards and I wouldn't trust a single one of them.
If the teams they support weren't problem and they weren't trying to hide something then they would have released the list of referees and the teams they support before the season started. They changed their mind at the last minute, so of course, there's something to hide there or they need more time to invent a cover-up story.

But that's just it xgtdec, the whole Rats Nest of the PGMOL needs to be Totally Removed, Cleaned and Re- Designed with All New People who have been Pre-Investigated and Cleared with a CRB type check.

It is only natural for a human being to be a Fan & support their Team, but with todays Huge Financial incentives and liabilities, all it takes is One Wrong or Biased Decision; Be it Accidental or Intentional... After that any Individual in a position to influence a game is Open to Blackmail or Corruption by all kinds of rewards or threats be they Official, Player or Coach.

They are quick enough to investigate players: Toney & Tonali, but they should also be investigated themselves... As we all know The PGMOL are like a secret Cabal and answer to No-one and THAT is just 100% Wrong.

For a start each member of PGMOL Webb, the Officials the Game Incident Committee or whatever they're called all Need to be held to account... Bring in MI5 or even the UK equivalent of the CIA and if found to be Not 100% Clean - They go to Prison.

By the way, if I were a referee, I'd tell the PGMOL that I supported Halifax Town and every Arsenal game I reffed against the scum, chavs, Utd, City and the scousers would see a 15-0 victory to the Gunners, with every goal being an unjustly awarded penalty. Oh, 3 or 4 red cards for the opposition as well.

I'd be more balanced against teams where we have less rivalry and we'd run out 6 or 7 goal winners, just so things didn't look too obvious.
